Debbie has handled my personal and business travels for the past twenty years and I can't imagine ever being without her help and guidance. You could say my business revolves around her since I use her so frequently to plan flights and hotels so that my business runs smoothly. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give her a 20!

Debbie is the kindest and most honest person I have met. She is so accommodating to her clients and treats them like family. One time I was supposed to go to Italy in June with my family, but was diagnosed with cancer in the prior May. While it would usually be too late to get a full refund on such a big trip so close to departure, Deb made sure we got every cent of our money back. The next year, after I went through my treatments, she went hard at work to plan an even bigger and better trip. I cannot believe how loving and kind she is to us.

The 1st "big" trip Deb planned for us was Alaska 2002. It was so good, and we enjoyed it so much that we again went in 2005, 2007 and 2012 and are planning on going again 2017! In Dec. 2014, my daughter, son and I went to Australia & New Zealand for 3 weeks. Deb did a FANTASTIC job planning every second of our trip. It took her a couple months to put it all together so, that tells you how devoted she is to planning the PERFECT vacation for you. We went non-stop everyday, and all we had to do was follow the itinerary, because everything we did was to the point on the paper. We didn't have to plan or think, just read and enjoy. It was an AWESOME experience, and we wouldn't have known how to even begin planning such an AMAZING trip to get to see as much as we did. Deb Sebastian is an amazing person and an incredible agent. She somehow makes herself available 24/7 even when you are time-zones away! I cannot recommend her enough!

I know people don't always use travel agencies in this day and age, but with an agent like Debbie I'll never book my vacations anywhere else. I've used her for several years now and she has always come through and taken care of me. When I was a newlywed, my wife decided to book a trip through Expedia, even though I pleaded to use Debbie instead. Well we ended up getting stuck in the airport for several hours so I decided to call Debbie and see if she could help, and of course, she came through for me and found us an alternative flight so we didn't waste away our vacation stuck in an airport. I can't recommend her enough!

Debbie has been one of the most pleasant and hard-working people I have ever met. She always helped me both as a friend and as my travel agent. Last year my uncle had passed away suddenly and I had to fly to Florida to be with family. Right away Debbie was on the phones tracking down flights and got me a ticket so I could be with my family. She really takes care of her clients like they're dear friends.
