We would have never been able to organize and plan this trip without Cassandra . Two weddings within 5 days of each other in two different countries , first wedding was in Puerto Vallarta Mexico then we had to be in Varadero Cuba 5 days later . We feel Cassandra listened well to our expectations and worked hard to find the kind of holiday that met those expectations. She responded quickly and promptly with answers to questions while making our decision. We were traveling as a family group of 17 people with 9 children between the ages of 7 - 15 and did her best to find a resort that would meet our needs. I contacted Cassandra a year before our expected travel date and she was very kind and patient with us and our requests. She continued to send us prices and resort suggestions all through the year and didn't stop until we finally decided to book. This was our first trip with our kids and wanted to choose somewhere they would enjoy and they loved it. She even checked in with us as soon as we returned to make sure we had a great trip. I was initially skeptical about booking through a travel agent as I felt like I should be able to put together a good trip booking online and shopping for "deals" etc etc.............
BUT...........
Cassandra was fantastic in every way. Her price was definitely in line with anything we found online, and her knowledge of the country is something that you cannot buy online. She has been to Cuba many times which was a huge benefit to us as first timers.

Cassandra is absolutely wonderful. She took care of ‘everything ‘ that we would have had to do ourselves.
If there were problems she took care of them ....for example, cheaper flights were found after our flights had been booked and she took care of getting us the cheaper flights.
You couldn’t have asked for a better hostess and our guide in Colombia.
Cassandra made our trip completely stress free.
All we had to do was relax and enjoy our holiday, which we did!

Honeymoon to Grenada

Thank you so much for booking our trip! We loved it! Everything was very organized and we didn't have any problems! We really loved the island of Grenada! The beaches were beautiful and the weather was hot!! The people of Grenada are very welcoming and proud of their island. The Grenadian by Rex Resort was a nice resort. It had everything we needed. Everything on the resort was kept very clean including our room. There wasn't a lot of variety in the foods or the places to eat on the resort. Entertainment was also very basic. This resort was perfect for our honeymoon as it was quiet, meaning no lines and lots of spots to choose from on the beach or at the pool.
We loved the island tour we went on as gave us an understanding of their way of life! A nutmeg facility, a chocolate factory, and a rum distillery were all places we enjoyed going to on the tour! We also went to the Saturday Market and bought local spices, as that is what the island is known for. All and all, an amazing trip!

Beautiful Trip to Dominican

Cassandra & Mcphail Travel were excellent to deal with. We contacted them about a couples trip but with no real set destination in mind. Cassandra was able to give us a number of options all over the Caribbean which we ended up choosing Dominican Republic. Before we left Cassandra gave us all the information we needed and advice on aspects I would not have thought of but I am sure glad she did. Our trip was smooth, no issues to speak of. We quite enjoyed the Dominican although the weather did not allow us to fully experience the ocean but that is no fault of anyone’s. Dominicans are extremely friendly and hard working people who love to show you their country. I would recommend booking your next trip there or ANYWHERE with Cassandra Jamieson.

I have been using Cassandra now for 5 years and I can't imagine booking a trip without her knowledge and expertise. I am the type that says somewhere hot with a beautiful beach between these prices, what can you find me and she has never failed me. The best part is, is that she has traveled so much that if I ask a certain question, she knows the answer from experience and she always tells the truth about all resorts so I know exactly what I am getting when I get there. I just love that I can email her saying this is what I'd like, find me a few resorts and we'll meet to discuss. She was recommended to me and I have referred her to everyone I talk to.
