"The booking process was excellent and Jill even told me how to save a few bucks here and there even after I booked (like getting gift cards at a discount and using those to pay down vacation balance). While in Disney, I missed all my fast passes b/c my hubby slept late. I contacted Jill and she booked all new ones better than the first!! I got on each ride seamlessly and was not going all over the park to make a fast pass time. Overall, an A+ experience for this first time Disney traveling family!!!"
