Scott Johnnson made planning our Disney trip unbelievably easy. He was always there to answer questions and took care of every detail for us. Scott handled all of our dinner reservations and recommended some incredible restaurants that truly made our trip extra special — especially breakfast at Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera, which was absolutely amazing, and the princess dining experience at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in EPCOT, which was such a memorable experience. When we had issues with our Memory Maker, he fixed everything almost immediately, which made things so much less stressful. We absolutely loved staying at the Disney campgrounds — they were the perfect retreat from the busy parks and really balanced the whole experience beautifully. Thanks to Scott’s knowledge, organization, and attention to detail, we had an absolutely magical two weeks and were able to enjoy every moment stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent and highly recommend Scott to anyone planning a Disney vacation!

Scott was awesome again! He planned our Disney Cruise in the fall and then our Disney World Trip this past month. Scott knows all the ins and outs of Disney and kept me updated with reminders and helpful info leading up to our trip! He had great suggestions for from experiences and dining to packing lists for our family! I am indecisive and Scott helped me make decisions and was able to help me add more days at another resort when we decided we wanted to arrive earlier last minute. Scott was amazing to work with from start to finish. He made sure we were well prepared in all there is to know about a Disney vacation (and there is a lot). We went to Magic Kingdom on a whim while visiting Orlando when my boys were little and we did not have a good experience because I was ill prepared. We left feeling completely overwhelmed. I wasn’t making that mistake again and knew right away working with Scott was going to be the best decision I made in making this trip memorable and well planned. Through e-mails, video calling, texting and social media I felt like he was always available when I had a question or needed advice. He woke up early to choose our dining reservations and gave us great advice and information on our lightning lane selections. He is a wealth of Disney knowledge and I can’t recommend Scott enough! Going into this we didn’t think we’d go to Disney again, we thought it would be a one and done trip but we are already planning our next trip with Scott!
