Working with Biz is a joy. Even when COVID-19 threatened to postpone our vacation indefinitely, Biz was there to work through it and guide us. We were able to time our vacation to meet our needs and had an amazing time on the sandy white beaches of Sanibel Island, FL. We were prepared for the trip and never felt like we were in danger or exposing ourselves to excessive risk.

Biz was very accessible every step of the way. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Planning and budgeting was made so simple. I was never pressured to purchase
anything outside of what I had asked for or wanted. Biz was active in making sure we were comfortable with our travel expectations. I have already told friends and coworkers if they need to plan a trip to let me give them her information.

I went to high school with Biz so I've known her a while, but after graduation we mostly lost touch. I was surprised when I messaged her out of the blue (19 years later) and she responded immediately with "I'm happy to help" and help she did. She answered some of the most ridiculous questions from me and my wife. This was our first international trip, and without Biz, I don't think it would have gone as smoothly. From flights to resort, pick ups, drop offs, covid questions and everything in between, there were no hiccups or disasters. 100%, will be using Biz from now on.
