My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful vacation in the Turks and Caicos My husband suprised me with the trip and Nicole was vital in helping him with the details. She worked with him to pick a wonderful place to stay even down to the oceanfront room with a view ! She also helped us with details like renting a Jeep and figuring out where to have dinner. Everything came together for one of the most memorable vacations we have had! We can't wait for the next one we plan and we will definitely use Nicole and her expertise!

First time traveling to Europe and was a bit nervous especially since we were traveling to a few different towns. Nicole made the trip seamless. We did planes, trains and automobiles and there wasn't one hiccup. The trip so planned with such expertise. I will never us anyone else to book another trip.

From start to finish, she took the time to really understand what we were looking for, gave us thoughtful suggestions, and put together an itinerary that was perfectly balanced with sightseeing, relaxation, and experiences that worked for our group. Every detail was handled seamlessly—flights, transfers, hotels, excursions—all arranged so smoothly that we didn't have to worry. She gave us an itinerary that I could print out and have a hard copy of, as well as a digital one, easily accessed on my phone with everything including documents needed for tickets, hotels, and excursions. This definitely made it easier and smoother to get through each day of our vacation. It made everything so organized and much less stressful ! This trip was extremely well planned, and filled with memories we’ll treasure forever. I could not do this on my own without Nicole's help. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone looking to take their travel to the next level!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole to plan our destination wedding in Saint Lucia (July 26–August 9, 2025), and we cannot recommend her highly enough! From start to finish, she made the process seamless, stress-free, and truly special. Nicole provided us with so many thoughtful options based on where our wedding would be taking place. We ultimately decided on two experiences: July 26–August 1 at the Royalton with 16 of our family members for our wedding week, and August 1–August 9 at The BodyHoliday for our honeymoon. Nicole handled every detail — from accommodations to transportation to excursions — making sure we always had the information we needed to make the best choices. She arranged our ferry transfers between the airport and hotels, and coordinated two amazing excursions for our whole family: a catamaran trip with snorkeling and a sulfur springs tour. One of the most meaningful things she did was help us navigate the process of obtaining approval from Saint Lucia to bring my grandmother’s ashes into the country, allowing us to honor her wish of spreading them into the ocean during our catamaran trip. Nicole’s attention to detail was unmatched. She answered every question quickly, provided guidance whenever we needed it, and even surprised us with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers in our hotel room. From the smallest thoughtful touches to the biggest moments, she made us feel completely cared for. Nicole is, without a doubt, our go-to person for all future travel. She made our wedding and honeymoon more magical than we could have ever imagined, and we are forever grateful!

Nicole helped us find the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! Our room was absolutely spectacular, and we had easy access to a beautiful, relaxing beach. We truly enjoyed indulging in all the delicious food the resort had to offer. Thanks to Nicole’s expertise and attentive guidance, every detail of our trip was taken care of—just as we had imagined.

Nicole Armbruster helped us plan a wonderful sister trip that began in Lisbon and ended in Barcelona. Nicole booked our preferred land and sea tour with Windstar, and arranged for our hotel stays on either end of the tour, along with our transfers to and from the hotels once in Europe. Nicole is wonderful to work with. This was my first experience working with a travel agent and it was a great experience. After listening to what I wanted for our quick island getaway to celebrate my husband's 50th , Nicole sent me two resort options to review. Once I chose, Nicole made all of our arrangements including flights, accommodations, dinner reservations and even spa treatments. From the very beginning Nicole was amazing! Her attention to detail, she listened intently to everything we asked for, and put an amazing itinerary together for us. Everything she booked for us was TOP NOTCH. From the hotels, drivers, boat captains, winery visit, lemon grove tour, cooking class, etc etc. We had the time of our lives and for us EVERY day was the best day in Italy thanks to Nicole! She even went as far as making dinner reservations for us at her recommended restaurants. Before our trip she gave us lots of tips and pointers for traveling as this was our first trip to Europe. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again! Our entire trip went perfectly smooth- not one hitch! All of the vendors were responsive and reliable. The time of our lives!

We loved working with Nicole! As a family, we really like vacations with very few scheduled plans. We knew that traveling to Europe this June was not going to allow us that luxury. Nicole helped guide us in prioritizing our "Must Dos." She made reservations for the things we would be sad about missing . Nicole worked with us to space out reservations to leave us plenty of time to roam and explore. With two adults, an 18 year old son, & a twelve year old daughter, we had a lot of different ideas! In Paris, we saw the Catacombs, go to the top of the Eiffel Tower, made our own perfumes, had a graffiti lesson, and ate at a Michelin Star restaurant. In Scotland, we took a Harry Potter Tour, saw puffins on the Isle of May, took an amazing two day bus tour into the Highlands, and had a whiskey tasting tour. Nicole has been helping our LSU Men's Lacrosse Program with our travel coordination for the past two full seasons!
