We just returned from an absolutely amazing vacation, and it would not have been possible without the incredible work of our travel agent. From start to finish, she took the time to really understand what we were looking for, gave us thoughtful suggestions, and put together an itinerary that was perfectly balanced with sightseeing, relaxation, and experiences that worked for our group. Every detail was handled seamlessly—flights, transfers, hotels, excursions—all arranged so smoothly that we didn't have to worry. She gave us an itinerary that I could print out and have a hard copy of, as well as a digital one, easily accessed on my phone with everything including documents needed for tickets, hotels, and excursions. This definitely made it easier and smoother to get through each day of our vacation. It made everything so organized and much less stressful ! This trip was extremely well planned, and filled with memories we’ll treasure forever. I could not do this on my own without Nicole's help. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole to plan our destination wedding in Saint Lucia (July 26–August 9, 2025), and we cannot recommend her highly enough! We ultimately decided on two experiences: July 26–August 1 at the Royalton with 16 of our family members for our wedding week, and August 1–August 9 at The BodyHoliday for our honeymoon. She arranged our ferry transfers between the airport and hotels, and coordinated two amazing excursions for our whole family: a catamaran trip with snorkeling and a sulfur springs tour. One of the most meaningful things she did was help us navigate the process of obtaining approval from Saint Lucia to bring my grandmother’s ashes into the country, allowing us to honor her wish of spreading them into the ocean during our catamaran trip. Nicole’s attention to detail was unmatched. She answered every question quickly, provided guidance whenever we needed it, and even surprised us with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers in our hotel room. From the smallest thoughtful touches to the biggest moments, she made us feel completely cared for. Nicole is, without a doubt, our go-to person for all future travel. From the very beginning Nicole was amazing! Her attention to detail, she listened intently to everything we asked for, and put an amazing itinerary together for us. Everything she booked for us was TOP NOTCH. From the hotels, drivers, boat captains, winery visit, lemon grove tour, cooking class, etc etc. We had the time of our lives and for us EVERY day was the best day in Italy thanks to Nicole! She even went as far as making dinner reservations for us at her recommended restaurants. Before our trip she gave us lots of tips and pointers for traveling as this was our first trip to Europe. We loved working with Nicole! As a family, we really like vacations with very few scheduled plans. We knew that traveling to Europe this June was not going to allow us that luxury.
