Sara has a kind disposition and is very detail orientated, which is so important when you are travelling abroad. She helped significantly with the planning and details for the cruise, incl selecting the cruise line. She also worked with our daughters so the 10 of us could all be together. Was always responsive and thorough. When the cruise line messed up our dinner reservations she was even able to help get that straightened out even tho she was on travel herself.

We found Sara on-line, and what a find she turned out to be. We booked before the onslaught of Covid and had to cancel! This meant that she had to endure our panic emails and texts for two years. The poor woman sure had to earn her money. From the original advise on tour selection and booking, to cancellation, the return of all funds, the eventual re-booking and through it all, keeping us updated and fully informed - she was priceless. Oh, and did I mention a super sense of humour.

We located Sara. She felt that waitlisting would be a "long shot" but she was willing to try and wait listed us for two cruises. One of them cleared. She took care of everything.
