My thoughts were --- why would I use a travel agent? My plans are not complicated and there is the internet. I was oh so wrong. Jenney has been wonderful. As I noted, my plans are not complicated, but by using Jenney, I didn't have to research where I would be staying. All of the arrangements were made. All I had to do was arrive at the hotel. And, it was perfect. I am now planning a get-away with my husband and Jenney's phone number is front and center on my desk. Jenney -- Thank you for being there.

Thank you Jenney and Elite Travel Journeys. for helping us create the most fantastic trip and adventure in Italy:). Everything exceeded our expectations and travel dreams. The tour of the Cinque Terre was beautiful and well organized. Everything ran smoothly, miraculous considering the many bus, boat, train transfers. All of our hotels were excellent, especially Pienza, where we stayed in a renovated monastery turned resort. Really, all of what we experienced in Tuscany was nothing short of magical. Our entire Italy itinerary was taylored perfectly to match our interests, pace, and special needs. Jenney took the time to listen and discuss our preferences. We really appreciated Jenney's extensive knowledge and guidance in providing suggestions for our trip sequence, recommended "must sees," well situated hotels, transportation arrangements, and pitfalls to avoid! Disney Magic!

I stopped using travel agents about 15 years ago. I know what to do... it's easy, right? Well, in planning a trip to a company conference with an added Disney trip, I realized how much was involved. I did the homework and booked the trip. My wife recommended calling Jenney. Thank god she did! Not only was Jenney extremely knowledgable, but she also saved me money. I cancelled my homemade plans and had Jenney handle the entire trip. We just got back last night. It was the most amazing trip we ever took... and this was our third Disney vacation. We stayed at Fort Wilderness and spent five days in the parks. I explained what my family enjoys, especially my six year old princess, and she planned shows, meals, and fast passes that were perfect. It was the perfect mix... no big breaks in fun but not overwhelming either. I can't say enough about what Jenney, and Elite Travel did for us. If I had to sum it up in one sentence... Jenney plans MAGIC!!! :)

Jenney listened well to what we wanted for our trip, suggested great ideas we hadn't thought of, and responded quickly when we encountered glitches (our own slips) while on the trip. Every lodging was one to which we would be happy to return, and every one was reasonably priced. She suggested great day tours and pointed out bargains. We had a far better trip than would have been possible if we had not had her help!

We were hoping to take our two grandsons to the Baltimore Inner Harbor area, as well as Washington, DC. Jenney found us great accommodations in the heart of each area, saving us the headache of having to research and "guess" at which place would meet our needs.
Knowing what we wanted to see/do, the hotels Jenney chose were spot on, centrally located, with attentive and friendly staff, allowing us to spend our time enjoying each other and the great sights in both cities. She kept close touch, and was quick to respond to queries. I'm glad we had the chance to benefit from her skills and experience.

Best vacation ever

Extremely helpful with everything, especially deciding which resort we chose.
After discussing likes and dislikes she narrowed our search to one and I must say it was perfect for us. From the time we arrived till we left we were prepared for what to expect, there were no unpleasant surprises.

First trip to Disneyworld

Jenney went above and beyond to make my family's first trip to Disneyworld a trip to remember. The accommodations she recommended were fantastic and my kids loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. It was also within easy driving distance of everything. Ireland- exactly what we were looking for in our trip

We asked Jenney to look into a customized schedule to meet our crazy work schedules and the ability to travel and enjoy our trip without being traveling around in a tour group all week. She did an perfect job with that, since we like to travel and many times visit and stop into places that are not the typical tourist sites. Jenney's knowledge and research was fantastic and the personal detailed touch she did in planning the everything was second-to-none! Jenney made our 25th wedding anniversary a great event/trip that we will never forget. She has a great service and an unbelievable value that is at a very reasonable rate. Jenney served as planning agent and tour guide for our recent trip to Italy. During the planning process, she met with us often, sent numerous emails and made many phone calls with suggestions regarding the trip. She developed an itinerary that fit our budget and provided great value for the money spent.
In Italy, Jenney lead us on a twelve day tour including Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Pisa, Volterra, Sienna, Murano, Burano and Venice. She put us in wonderful hotels and apartments and coordinated all of our day trips. The vacation was very relaxing and enjoyable because Jenney had each day scheduled with tour tickets pre-purchased and transportation (train, rental car, boat trips, etc.) pre-arranged. She knows a great deal about Italy and was happy to pass along her knowledge to our group. We came home with great memories of Italy and great memories of the fun times spent together on our wonderful vacation.
I highly recommend Jenney's services as a travel agent. She can book a fantastic vacation that takes you to all the best sites while staying within your budget.

Jenney Henderson is very service oriented. She returns calls and emails promptly and is always a pleasure to talk with.
She always has great suggestions. We had a week in England and then returned on the Queen Mary 2. She helped us find the perfect room for our crossing.
I also appreciate her attention to detail. She always saw to it, that all deadlines were kept for our deposits and documents.
We recommended her to several friends we were traveling with and they were very pleased. One said, she never wants to travel again, without Jenney's help.
And if you like chocolate, she knows the best shops wherever you will be traveling!

I travelled to Spain in 2014 and had a great experience working with Jenney when planning this trip. She put together a fantastic vacation package. After providing me with numerous recommendations for towns to visit and sites to tour, Jenney put together an itinerary that satisfied all my wishes. Not only did she pre-book all accommodations and tours in each town, she prepared detailed instructions on how to travel to each site. Jenney was able to help me see the best of Barcelona, Tarragona, Peniscola, Toledo, Consuegra and Valencia AND keep the costs within my budget.

Dreams Came True

I had long wished to go on a Mississippi River cruise and made an offhand comment to Jenney about that. Within days, she found a great deal for us and, before I knew it, my dreams were a reality. She made sure that a trip to the birthplace of the blues was included, which made it my husband's dream trip, as well. Jenney found a sailing that got us a private balcony for less than a regular room, as well. Ever moment was perfectly planned and we were so well cared for.
It was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend the American Queen and Jenney for your next vacation.
