Shelly booked us an incredible trip - a Tauck African safari. Shelly researched all the questions I had, found the right trip for me and my elderly mother and found us great plane fares too. She also let me know she would be available through the night when we were traveling to our destination in case I had any problems. A small problem did come up and she was able to handle it for us so that the next flight was better! During the planning stage, she sent us more information and details than I had expected. I’m currently working with her to book a family trip to Hawaii and she has sent some much information in an easy to follow format. I look forward to booking more trips knowing that I have Shelly to make sure we have the best trip possible!

Shelly was so easy to work with and she really listened to what we wanted and helped us to plan a trip that had it all for each of us. She gave multiple options for our accommodations with pros and cons and even told us her favorite spots to eat. She helped explain all the fun activities available and which days would likely be best for them. Shelly worked tirelessly-even way after hours to make sure that we had every little detail taken care of. I especially loved that she wanted to make our trip special and even during the trip was keeping in touch with us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I have never worked with an agent that worked so hard before, during, and even following up afterwards. As part of a family wedding, we were referred to book our trip with Shelly. I would highly recommend reaching out to see how she can help you! As someone who never used an agent she booked us a lower rate than the hotel advertised on their own website, & sent us reminders before the trip. After missing our flight out of the country, she jumped in to the rescue immediately notifying the hotel we would arrive a day late and re-scheduled our transfer from the airport to the hotel. Super helpful!!
