I have traveled in and outside of the United States. Alana has provided good insight as to interesting adventures. When plans sometimes go off plan she is always there to make things right through her expertise and connections.

Alana was attentive to our wishes, modifications and preferences. Any itinerary requests were handled within our price range and she was always happy to what she was able to make our trip exactly what we wanted.

The entire trip went very smoothly without a hitch. The experience on the ship was very pleasurable. Their accommodations were good. The food was great and the excursions were well done. The service was excellent. We had a wonderful time.

Alana made sure we knew where we were going from arrival at airports, going to the gates, finding lounges, and making sure our accommodations were in order on board our cruise boat.

We just returned from a Rhine River cruise in Europe and from the very beginning til the very end, Alana was there to help - answer questions, help out with reminders, fully understandable explanations, gathering us in advance so we knew what to expect and to meet others on the same cruise from our area, etc. She was definitely utilized and always helped with a smile. Even when we traveled on our own after the cruise, she was available to help us through some travel struggles. She went above and beyond any expectations. The Rhine history was fabulous

Alana gets it. I had the pleasure of meeting her in Salt Lake City during ASTA, which led to the best impromptu dinner ever. At the time, I was in the midst of planning my sister’s 40th surprise birthday celebration when my original travel advisor disappeared midway through the process. Alana stepped in seamlessly and without hesitation. She truly listened to what I was trying to accomplish and not only met my expectations—she exceeded them. It was my first time taking a cruise and I really did it big. Not only was it 10 days long but I would be traveling to another country. Several in fact! When my girlfriend and I decided where we wanted to go we enlisted the help of Alana who is a world traveler herself! Alana was so helpful with all the booking and planning details. She was readily available to answer questions and met with us on a few occasions to go over details. Having her book our stay before the cruise departed was such a game changer as we didn’t have to worry about booking a hotel when we arrived (Venice) and she took care of securing all our transportation so we would get to the port city and the ship on time. Alana had great tips for cruise traveling in Europe and prepared us for what to expect. Alana did an outstanding job planning our Paris getaway! Having never been to Paris before, I had done some social media investigating and found lots of recommendations that sounded enticing. Yet, I had no idea where everything was located and I was feeling overwhelmed. Alas, I was introduced to Alana who took care of all my travel worries. Alana meet with us, listened to what we were hoping to achieve on our trip, and put together an itinerary that surpassed our expectations! Each day of our trip was perfectly planned. Alana made all the reservations for dinners and museums. She even added some activities that we loved. Having all our plans in an App was extremely helpful. I don’t travel often and was planning a trip to the east coast, my daughter recommended Alana. We filled out a questionnaire about our interests to help the planning of our trip. Another wonderful trip with the help of Alana! She booked us a last minute trip to Malta and everything went great. From flights and customs to booking us at one of the nicest resorts on the island, it couldn't have been a better trip.

I ce in late to the trip due to a cancellation and Alana took the time to get me up to speed. She was readily available even during her own travel.

Great job working out the details on the many different flights and discussing options. We traveled to Norway through a trip with St. Olaf, and there were a lot of connections to make. Alana worked with us to figure out how to get to some of the smaller airports in Norway. She made sure we had enough time to get our connections, and everything went very well.

Alana was just great! It was our first cruise and I had some pretty silly questions but she answered each and every one of them and didn't mind at all. She was very patient with me and also very professional. The trip couldn't have been better. The whole experience was top notch.

Alana was excellent to work with! We were very indecisive about where we wanted to go and what cruise line we wanted. She researched many different options and dates for us so we could choose what fit best with our busy schedules! She assisted on every aspect of our vacation including air, hotel, cruise, transfers, and ship packages.

Alana has shown me that she has extensive knowledge of travel. She has done (and still does ) a lot of travel, and shows you the best options available at a very good price. Alana is very cordial and personable, and that alone helps ease any nervous jitters you may have. My flights were on time, my car rental went on without a hitch. Even though my flight may have arrived later than the rental car business was open, Alana made a notation in my package with the flight number, so that they were aware of the arrival. The travel was the less stressful part of the trip!
