What a tremendous experience. Jeff and Kim were amazing. The trip options provided by Kim were perfect and made it very difficult to choose. Once I chose the location, everything else throughout the entire process was handled by them. When I did have a couple of questions, they answered immediately. When we had 2 guests test positive in Mexico with the fear of getting stuck for a while, Kimberly and Jeff were on it! They told them exactly what to do and all was sorted within hours (false positive, so glad they told them to take a PCR test and they got to come home ASAP).
