Both boutique hotels were really nice and we were going to be stuck in Venice due to a air traffic controller strike but she worked tirelessly to save the trip!

In April, we traveled to Copenhagen and then Sweden with the help of our agent Carina. She was amazing! Always available to answer questions, give suggestions, and help develop our trip. Carina knows a lot about this area of the world and helped us develop an amazing itinerary of activities and restaurant suggestions. She helped arrange all our transportation, and when we had a bit of a train hiccup, she was immediately there to assist. I would highly recommend using her services for your next trip.

This is the first Travel Agency trip I've ever taken. It was a busy but good experience. I got to see the things I wanted to as the reason I signed up for the trip. The Tour Director did a very good job in making adjustments due to a Federal Government shutdown. Without any prior trips to compare against, I'd have to say I was satisfied.

The flight and hotel stuff went off without a hitch. The rental car info was a little messed up and when I arrived they said it was booked under a different company? And there were also a few fees I wish I was made aware of beforehand. But overall nice!!

Carina, thank you for setting up the wheelchairs at the Airports. Things went smoothly at all the airports.The Leonardo Royal Hotel Tower of London was a very nice hotel. We really enjoyed it. It was a good choice for us. The hors d’oeuvres you sent to our room were much appreciated and enjoyed. We had to go to the ER in London. We toured Westminster Abby. Ron passed out. The staff at the Abby were on it immediately and a doctor from the US was near us when it happened. They called us a cab to take us to the ER. He was taken care of it right away. Everything checked out OK. And, we had to pay nothing, due to England’s NHS policies. It was scary at first, but it ended up being fine. We left the next morning for the cruise as scheduled. The bus driver on the transfer to Southampton was excellent. He toured us around the London area with full commentary on the sights. He also took us out to Windsor. It was such a fun bus ride. Embarkation went very smoothly. Ron used a wheel chair, and we had an excellent person assisting us. The crew on the ship were the best, no matter where they were located on the ship. Ron got sick and had to go to the clinic. He was treated and given medication. He was diagnosed with influenza B. He had to quarantine for 24 hours. I was given prophylactic Tamiflu. I had heard horror stories about the clinic. None of that was true for us. The clinic checked on him, the room steward checked in constantly, since he could not come in the room. He missed two excursions. We were reimbursed for both excursions that he missed. I just had to get the clinic to stamp his excursion tickets and take them to the excursion desk. Room service was very good. Thank you, Carina for all your help planning this cruise. We could not have done it without you. We are looking forward to our next cruise with you. I will be turning in the bill from the clinic into the cruise insurance. Hopefully that will go as smoothly as the cruise.

As always, Carina did a fantastic job of getting this trip to the National Parks and Monuments in Utah and Arizona put together for us. From the tour itself to the flights, she took care of it all. Carina did an excellent job booking a girls trip for my 50th birthday. We decided on a cruise and she suggested we all get rooms on the Spa level of the Carnival Dream. Our travel documents were provided to us along with customs information required at the airports. I do wish there would've been some additional tips provided on what to expect at the resort or in the area in general, some dos and don'ts. This was our first all-inclusive so we felt like we were flying blind and mainly depending on our agent to give us all the information we needed or that would be helpful. I think this is something to consider in the future for your travelers. Overall, we had a great trip and choose a very relaxing resort and would work with Carina again for future trips.
