Celebrity Eclipse

The cabin was just what we ordered. Balcony, cabin location that made our walking easier to dining, and side by side cabins with our best friends.
Shopping was not perfect on board. Usually were able to do grandkid shopping onboard but store selections were very limited. Suggested reserved dining made life easier.

Joe is thoughtful, always returns your calls, and makes sure from beginning to end everything is set up. I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend using him as I have over and over again. This was an amazing trip. His site is user friendly and I have set up all my excursions through this. If I have any questions I just pick up the phone and call he's always there to answer the question.

It's been a pleasure working with Joe on numerous cruises. He always tries his best to keep those traveling with us in nearby cabins (always successful). The shore excursions offered are always well worth if not exceeding the value of the trip. All arrangements are in line with our requests and he goes above and beyond normal expectations to be sure we're satisfied. Between myself and my family we’ve probably done over $200,000 in business with Joe never one issue he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. Many people book their cruises directly through the cruise line you are just a number to them with Joe you have the protections of an advocate on your side in the event Something needs to be corrected.
