DISCOVERING THE LAST FRONTIER IN ALASKA

My wife and I along with my sister and brother-in-law took a trip to Germany and a Baltic Sea cruise. We all had a fantastic time and also were able to be at Octoberfest! Cynthia did an outstanding job booking our airline, hotel, transfers, etc...for the trip. It all went flawlessly and she was always able to respond to our questions during our trip. As a result, we are using Cynthia to book our next trip to Sicily.

Cynthia planned a 21-day trip to the UK where we visited London, Ireland & Scotland. It was wonderful to explore and see all that each country has to offer. In London, we saw all the royal things we could (Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace, etc.). Cynthia booked our hotel across from Hyde Park so walking to these iconic & historic places was fairly easy. We took in Trafalgar Square where we enjoyed live music, toured a beautiful art museum (free entry in UK) and had the best fish & chips from Walker's Pub. We went to Universal Studios to visit the making of Harry Potter. So very cool, it was definitely a highlight for us in London. Also, Cynthia arranged for us to have early access to the Crown Jewels at Tower of London. Definitely a must see & early access was great. It allowed us to enjoy the Tower of London before the crowds really got big. From there we traveled to Dublin where our hotel was a beautiful castle. Truly an unforgettable experience with amazing hotel customer service. We took in all the usual sites in Dublin (Guinness, Jameson's, walked downtown Dublin, etc) as well as took a day trip to Cliffs of Moher and Galway. We spent one day trip in Cork so we could track some family history & then on to Belfast where we enjoyed the Giant Causeway (truly spectacular!) before heading to Scotland. In Scotland, Cynthia booked the Jacobite train (Hogwarts Express) for us & this is an amazing one day trip where we visited the city of Mallaig & had the best seafood chowder of our lives. Another highlight! We also visited Inverness & Edinburgh. Both beautiful cities with tours scheduled to see the Scottish Highlands. This was an amazing trip for us that we really enjoyed. Cynthia was with us every step of they way. We had one issue during this trip & Cynthia was our champion (available 24/7 while we traveled) & worked with the vendors to correct the issue. We were so appreciative to have someone like that in our corner when traveling. A true gem!

In 2024, Cynthia planned an AMAZING trip for us to visit Germany as well as take a Baltic Sea Cruise. It was an amazing 3 week trip where we saw so many beautiful historic landmarks. The Baltic Sea cruise allowed us to visit Poland, Lithuania, Lativa, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark & the Swedish Islands as well as return to Germany where we started our cruise. Once in Germany, we visited Berlin, then Munich (Oktoberfest) and capped our trip off with a wonderful one day excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle. One of the many, many highlights of our amazing 20 day trip. Cynthia managed all of our arrangements, including airfare, hotels, car transfers, train tickets, etc. It was so wonderful to arrive in a new city & be greeted by someone who took our bags & made sure we got to the right place. These drivers also were full of wonderful, helpful information to make sure that we made the most of our trip as well as tips on navigating our new city on our own. Cynthia planned wonderful excursions in each city with very reliable tour operators. It was a flawless trip without any issues. I will continue to use Cynthia to book other trips for us.
