Ms. Ann has been booking my family’s trips for at least ten years. i couldn’t imagine booking with someone else. She knows what we like and takes care of the little things in advance like shore excursions. All we need to do is show up. She even arranges the car service to get us to the airport. Our Danube cruise was cancelled this April due to the Covid 19 virus but Ann got us Ann our money back. As soon as there is a vaccine we will book again. She has been a good agent in the past.

Ann knows everything hen it comes to Italy, especially Sicily. I wanted to try to retrace my family roots and read about her on a dual citizenship board. She was just amazing! I met Ann after an inquiry for cruise information and it was one of the luckiest days ever! Ann is a true throwback to how customer service should be, but rarely is. She has booked two trips for me and my family/friends, including a trip to Antarctica (which I know was completely beyond her normal travel comfort zone.) More importantly, she has gone to bat for me when airlines arbitrarily changed my flights, when bombs took out the Belgium airport that I would be traveling through, and when prices of cruises were in question. Anyone can book a trip for you, but Ann is a true advocate on your behalf. She is awesome!

Ann did a great job planning our parent’s anniversary trip. we kids wanted to surprise them with a river cruise for their big day and found that trying to do that secretly on our own was a lot harder than we first imagined. Ann was able to get airfare and find adjoining rooms in a beautiful hotel for us in Cabo Ssn Lucas, Mexico. After a few days at the hotel a neighboring guest came in and started smoking. This covid virus has been very stressful and Ann has been invaluable in helping our family on this time. We had a very expensive river cruise booked and first class air when the crisis hit. The airline only wanted to give us a credit for 10k air and I was besides myself over it. Ann took them on and got my refund. Same with the cruise. Ann was a total lifesaver, without her help I don’t know what we would have done! We enjoyed a wonderful river cruise vacation with no hiccups and were planning on spending the day in Zurich before our late afternoon flight back to the states. When we arrived at the airport to check our luggage and hop the train downtown I realized that I left our passports in the safe of our cabin over an hour away. i didn’t know what to do and called Ann. She immediately took action even though it was the predawn back home. She called the ship and had them put the passports in a cab. The driver met us at the Raddisson Blu about two hours later. It was a $400 mistake but thank God we had Ann and her quick thinking! I don’t know how we would have been able to go home without them. She is just such a treasure, was only concerned about us, not annoyed that I was calling at 4am.

I met Ann after following one of her blogs on Facebook. It was really exciting being able to see the river cruise I was interested in live as she was sailing. She had so many great tips, things I never would have thought of. Ann is super friendly and knows just about everything there is when it comes to travel. Anytime we have her book a trip she tells us “oh hey I have a guy there” She meets all these local people on her own travels and has them help with special private tours or transfers. When I say everywhere I mean it she arranged a cooking class in someone’s home in Havana Cuba, private wine tasting in a vineyard in Sicily and a pre dawn visit to the Taj Mahal so we could see the sunrise. She is amazing!

Ann Moris is our travel agent. Over the past 3 years, she has booked 5 international trips for us and every one has been what we wanted or better. The latest trip was a great bucket list river cruise to Christmas Markets in Europe. We visited Hungary, Austria, Germany and Prague and had a great balance between guided tours, etc., and free time for us to roam and find niche markets with different crafts, food offerings...especially sausages, ham and sturdels! The cherry strudel in one Prague market was nearly 1" thick, mostly chopped cherries and absolutely delicious. Ann already has us booked to two more bucket trips for 2020, England for gardens and the Chelsea Flower show and round-trip Alaska inside cruise in July. In each case she had already arranged the special assistance we need for my disabled wife when I checked to make sure she will encounter no problems on either tour. So, I guess my bottom line is that Ann is a jewel who knows your wants and needs from the start.

Ann has been just great to work with. This past year has been a real roller coaster trying to plan a wedding and a honeymoon which we have had to postpone twice now because of the Corona Virus -19. She has be a super, talking me off the ledge a few times now when I have felt like my future marriage must be cursed. What was to be a cruise in June and then Hawaii in September is looking like will be Italy in May. We are not taking any more chances with rebooking halls until 2021. Ethics isn’t something you hear a lot about lately but that is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Ann. We had a very expensive 2 week river cruise booked which was cancelled. The cruise line was offering a 125% future cruise credit if we rolled our money forward. My husband was recently furloughed so getting the money back now vs more later was better for us. Ann agreed and got on it immediately. Our friends booked with another agent and felt very pressured to take the credit I thought maybe her agent wanted to make sure she would rebook but I read on cruise critic it was because if an agent got people to take the credit they could keep their commission if they didn’t it was taken away. Seems unfair to Ann, but so impressed me, she fell on the sword knowing she was losing thousands of dollars as it was the best thing for us. When this is over we will rebook and it will certainly be with Ann. Integrity is such a rare asset these days!

Miss Ann was wonderful to work with planning our honeymoon! My fiancé is of Italian decent and had never been to Europe so he really wanted to go to Italy. I wanted something beachy and tropical and thought an Italy trip would be all museums and churches. She set us up in the most beautiful spot in Sardinia where the water was bluer than the Caribbean! After a week there we did two nights each Rome Florence and Venice to get the full Italy experience. It was the best of both worlds. We never would have thought of this plan on our own.

I have never met her in person, we live on opposite sides of the country but it is as if she is right next door. She knows just what my husband and I like and sends us promotions she thinks we may like but without any pressure. I called her about one and during our conversation the wildfires came up in our area. I told Ann how bad the smoke was and how with the virus it was almost impossible to get extra masks. You couldn’t ask for a more helpful or competent agent. We just returned from Europe and our flights were suddenly cancelled without an explanation from the airline. I didn’t know what to do. The airline itself would not help me because I booked the flights from an online discount company- they were no help. She came up with a replacement schedule that had to be honored and had me call back with the flight numbers and suddenly they could make it work. We got home a few hours later than originally scheduled but it didn’t cost extra. This was not her problem but she fixed it for me for free. I will always book with her.

Ms Ann planned our dream trip to Italy. I don’t think there is a town in that country she has not been to as even though we were on a tour she told us secret special spots in each city for our free time. This was a 18 day tour including Sicily so there were a lot of stops! She even made us some maps to get to her favorite little shops and restaurants and when we told the owners she said hello the all smiled so broadly. We even got free dessert one night lol. Having someone who has intimate knowledge really makes a big difference in the quality of your experience. Anyone can book a tour but only an expert can tell you where the best gelato is! We will certainly book with her again!

Ann worked tirelessly to try to get us a refund from a supplier who cancelled our trip due to the virus. When they still refused saying their policy was only to give future credits she was willing to do a statement for Amex on our behalf when we disputed the charges. I know we might have put her in a difficult position but it was a great deal of money and with the way they acted we never wanted to take a tour with them again. It wasn’t our fault it was cancelled. Ann didn’t hesitate when we asked for the letter, we got it the next day. As soon as this virus is done we will certainly book with her again. We WON’T be giving that tour company a penny again let alone $28,000!

When we returned we made reservations through Ann for an Alaska cruise with our granddaughter and niece. When COVID hit and the cruise got cancelled, Ann advised us to hold tight before requesting a refund. She ended up getting us a 125% credit which moved us up to an aft cabin and the girls to a balcony just down the hall.
When the cruise was cancelled for a second time Norwegian gave a us all cruise credits. Ann did some further research and found the four of us could take a Mediterranean cruise, with air, for about the same price. Needless to say, the girls were thrilled. We are looking forward to working with Ann in the future due to her honesty and diligence.(and another round of beverages next time we trael with her and her husband.)

Ann has been so kind and supportive, going above what you would expect from a travel advisor. My husband and I were scheduled to do a river cruise in June along with my sister. Covid claimed my sister’s life and the thought of going on holiday so soon was impossible to me. All our deposits were non refundable and we foolishly did not have insurance. She was able to talk the cruiseline into putting my sister’s unused deposit on my account and to move us until 2022. nn has been just wonderful as we plan our wedding. It has been quite the challenge figuring out when it is safe as this virus is not going away as soon as we thought. We wanted to do a big destination wedding but some guests are elderly and now is not the time for them to travel. My fiancé and I don’t want to wait forever to get married so she suggested a compromise. We are going to have a small private ceremony at home with a JP so we are “official” and then in 2022 have a big symbolic ceremony on a Greece cruise that everyone can attend. She thinks outside of the box and really does make dreams come true!

Working with Ann has been great over the years. I never realized exactly how patient and flexible she was though until the Covid 19 virus hit. We were supposed to go on a Tulip river cruise in April, that was derailed when cruises were put on hold. We still wanted to go on a trip and had her rebook us for June on a different itinerary figuring by then it would all be cleared up. Our June cruise was cancelled and we said third time has to be a charm and booked for September. I bet you can guess what happened? So we now are booked again on a Tulip cruise one year after we originally were going to depart. All through these changes Ann was lighthearted even though I knew it had to be a lot of extra work for her. She kept track of all of our credits owed etc. which honestly would have been too much of a headache for me. I can’t recommend her enough.

Prior to our departure, COVID-19 caused mass disruption to flights and tours. Ann was quick to help us cancel our trip, and complete the follow-up tasks required to enable us to rebook the trip at a later time. When we rebook, Ann is the first one we will call to make our arrangements.

Ann is fantastic! From the very beginning, she took care of everything... and even things I didn't know needed taken care of. We took a globus tour and Ann made sure we got the best deals on airfare, airport transfers and even gave us advice on some of the optional tours. Ann goes over and beyond. She helped us plan our pretrip excursions and gave us maps and directions for suggestions and places we could visit on our free days during the tour. I cannot say enough and would definitely recommend Ann to anyone. I would not hesitate to use her again and again.

I am writing this from Rome where we would have been homeless but for Ann. We booked a Med cruise though her but scheduled an Airbnb afterwards on our own as she said she doesn’t deal with them. Well this morning we get off the ship and get a text that they are regretful but our reservation has been cancelled as they can’t accommodate us and we will get a refund. I was hysterical as we had 4 nights and no where to stay and called her at what must have been around 3am back home. Ann said to not worry and she would figure it out. She got us a hotel and we are now happy in Rome

We had never left the country and were completely lost when trying to figure out where in Europe to go for our first big trip. Ann was great talking with us about different countries and the logistics of what we could see in the amount of time we had. In the end we picked a tour that took us from London to Rome which gave us a taste of many places. It was a perfect intro. Next time we will spend more time just exploring Italy as that was our favorite but I was thrilled to see the Eiffel Tower and changing of the guard in London as well! She respected our budget without skimping on quality. We can’t wait to start planning the next one!

I can’t imagine there is agent out there that spends as much time as Ann does in trying to get things perfect for clients. None that I have ever worked with in the past were ever like her. I would come in and say I am thinking of doing a trip to “X” and old company would just go ahead book what I said take my money end of story. With Ann she started asking me questions and the more we talked it seemed the trip I originally wanted I realized it was not for me once the details were broken down. l ended up in a totally different direction and it was a fantastic experience. Ann really tries to look out for people, spend your money wisely regardless if you have 4k or 40k to spend on the trip she was very focused on what experiences were most important to us.

We knew nothing about river cruising, which line would be the best, or even what river to sail.
Ann was wonderful sharing her personal videos of the different rivers and various cruise lines. She gave us honest pros and cons of each line in helping us make our decision instead of just giving us a price quote. Every recommendation she made was spot on and this was a fantastic experience!

I couldn’t do her job, and certainly not with the patience and humor that Ann has. She is like the energizer bunny going and never giving up. Our honeymoon was in jeopardy as the cruise we had booked was cancelled at the last minute. In a weeks time Ann put together a package using ferries and flights to still get us to the Greek islands. I want you to know that with working with Ann you not only have an extremely knowledgeable person when it comes to travel (she has been everywhere!) but a guardian angel. We were due to go on a Christmas markets cruise this week when Covid started kicking up again. Even though she was in Egypt at the time she was in constant contact with myself and the cruiseline. She would FaceTime me at what had to be very late at night in her time zone as I didn’t get home until 6pm. It didn’t matter that her husband was asleep (lol I saw him) she was only concerned about calming my anxiety. The cruise did get cancelled and Ann found me an even better trip to replace it next fall. Although we are sad to be home this week instead of in Germany we are excited to head to Paris in September. Ann is much more that a travel agent she is a guardian angel watching over her clients.

We were nervous about going forward with our over cruise not sure if it would be safe or even fun sill with Covid still kicking up. Ann was just fantastic. She went over our options including cancelling, postponing or soldiering on. She talked honestly about her own travels to Europe this summer and the challenges and rewards. Never nudging us in any direction but letting us decide. We were so glad to have her guiding us through the ever changing entry rules. It turned out to be the best trip we have had and only 42 of us on the boat!

I had no idea that when I called a travel agent I would be getting help with my family tree! I received a glowing referral from a coworker about Ann who had planned her trip to Italy so I gave her a call. She asked where I wanted to go and then asked why. I thought told her that my grandparents were Italian, I never met them and I felt a desire to at least visit the country they were from. She suggested that we do some digging on a free website called Familysearch. She got me started and after a week or so I knew the town my grandparents were from and other information. We were both so excited. Ann had a tour that traveled near the town. She said she could get me a driver for the day if I wanted to visit. That was the highlight of the entire trip. Such a special experience one I never would have had but for Ann. She really went over and above for us.

Let me tell you about working with Ann, she is not a M-F 9-5 kind of gal. She has met with us on the weekend, answered my texts at night, and took my call at 3am when my flight back from Milan was cancelled. She is devoted to her clients and is helpful even when it doesn’t financially benefit her. This week I had the opportunity to present a project to my clients in Milan but they were not interested in zoom. I called Ann asking if there was any way around the ban for US citizens and she explained what I needed to do to qualify as essential business. I had airline miles and hotel points so there was nothing for her to book, she said she was happy to help and charged me nothing for her advice. As soon as we are free to travel as tourists you can be sure who I will be calling!

Ann is such a genuine person, you can tell she really cares for her clients and is not just going through the motions to get their money. She has been pursuing my refund for my cancelled cruise for three months and called today to let me know the credit should hit my account by Monday. I know Expedia wouldn’t do that. My heart just breaks for her as I know this virus has to have been devastating to her business, but she never complains and is always cheerful when we talk. Miss Ann has been our family’s travel agent for at least ten years now. She has been just about everywhere in the world so anytime I have an inkling of visiting an area I give her a call and right off the top of her head she can tell me all about it. She is more than a great travel agent though, she is more like a friend. Even though I have never met her in person I feel like I have known her forever. She really cares about us. When there was a hurricane she checked on us right away and even just this past week she sent a cute card saying she was thinking about us with the pandemic. I can’t wait until we can get traveling again. Once we can Miss Ann will be the first call I will make!

Ann not only did a fantastic job planning our Galapagos and Machu Picchu adventure but she was right on top of things when the country was suddenly going to be locked down due to the Covid -19 virus. She called us in Peru apprising us of the impending crisis letting us know that we would be ok. I was so impressed with Avalon Waterway’s who chartered an airplane to get all their people out of the country. When I got home I saw on the news that hundreds of Americans were trapped in Peru as they couldn’t get out before the border was closed. I was so thankful we had Ann to calm us in the chaos.

Before my husband passed away I had the great privilege to work with Ann on several occasions. She was always wonderful in helping me book travel and share information.
Since my husband passed I haven't been able to travel like we did unless I am asked by friends to join them but I will always treasure Ann's warmth and friendship. And hope to use her again at some point to book some of my bucket list travel dreams.

Ann planned an awesome bucket list trip for my husband and I to go on safaris in South Africa. From the beginning, she was involved in finding out what we specifically wanted to do and then she arranged the perfect tour. She chose excellent tour operators, with fantastic lodges and food. The whole trip went very smoothly and was well planned. Ann even went above and beyond, when I left my passport in the transfer taxi from the airport to the hotel. She spent a long time contacting various people and finally located my passport and facilitated it being brought to me. It gave me great comfort knowing Ann was there to assist in whatever I needed. I would highly recommend Ann for her expertise and experience.

Ann always goes above and beyond to make sure we are well informed when booking trips. Last year on our family cruise my husband became ill and needed to be hospitalized on the ship overnight. I reached out to Ann for help (while at sea) and she navigated me through the process during a very stressful situation. We were so thankful that her educating us on the importance of travel insurance payed off. We were unable to fly home with our family (JFK) and had to divert to Tampa for an Emergency Department evaluation. Ann booked our new flight and secured a rental car for us. We were handed an $8565 bill from the cruise ship upon debarkation and our travel insurance covered the entire bill. Needless to say Ann is the ONLY travel agent we will work with!!!

We were both excited and scared when our son shared that he was going to get married in Tuscany, Italy as we had never been to Italy before and have little travel experience. We connected with Ann and starting planning with her a year in advance. It was the most amazing 2 week vacation ever! And thanks to Ann, we executed it like seasoned travelers. While there are many elements that go into planning a vacation we feel her expertise and knowledge were key in the success of our son’s destination wedding/vacation. The tools she provided, i.e. walking tour maps, travel tips, were an unexpected bonus and enhanced our trip tremendously. We appreciated the attention she gave to our group before (planning, transfers, insurance, communication), during (flight monitoring, contacting transfer company of flight delay, unexpected credit card verification with hotels) and after (follow-up email). Ann is truly amazing and she will be the only Travel Agent we will use for future trips.

We have not utilized a travel agent in many years but with an upcoming trip to Sicily I wanted the help of someone that knew the island and could help us find the perfect hotels and activities as we were traveling with our 2 adult daughters. What a blessing it was to find Ann. She does way more than any travel agent you will find. She has extensive knowledge of so many counties and goes way beyond helping you with travel advise and input on all aspects of your travel needs including foreign money matters, tipping customs in country, travel logistics, local excursions (advise and booking them for us), medical in country if needed, food (which was big for us as both daughters have several food allergies and she wrote out all the allergies in Italian for us to show the waiters and chefs in Sicily). I will not hesitate to utilize her again in the future. Also her follow up on questions was second to none. If you are in need of a GREAT agent then connect with Ann.

We were having the hardest time deciding what to do for our 30th anniversary trip. A friend told us to call Ann which was the best decision we ever made! I really wanted to try a river cruise but my husband wanted to go to Italy. Ann came up with the perfect plan, the Rhine River , Amsterdam to Basel with the 3 day Lake Como extension. She then had us spend 2 nights in Milan and two nights in Venice. My husband got 7 nights in Italy and I got a 7 night river cruise. We would never have thought of this approach on our own. We had a great time, she planned everything perfect. Next up the Douro with some time after in Spain!

We had a fanastic time on our first river cruise. We owe a big thank you to Ann Castagna Morin for all of her help and insight. We enjoyed pre-cruise days on Lake Como, Italy and in Lucerne, Switzerland before embarking on a fun-filled cruise up the Rhine. I don’t think there is anything she doesn’t know about Italy. Ann’s passion for her homeland is infectious. She is funny, and down to earth and created an unforgettable trip for us taking us to places we had not even thought of. She never rushed us while planning, instead asked a lot of questions trying to determine where the best places to spend our budget were. She never tried to get us to spend more than we said we could and in the end the total was about $150 less than we had approved! You can’t go wrong by working with Ann she is the Queen of all things having to do with Italy!

We came to Ann to plan our 35th anniversary trip and asked for an Alaskan cruise land/sea package. Ann came back with 3 nice proposals, but in the meantime we had been thinking that it was a special trip and maybe we would rather go to Europe and asked about doing a river cruise instead. Without missing a beat she switched gears and asked us questions to figure out which river would be best for us. Our actual anniversary is April 27th and she said that would tie in with the tulips in Holland and sent us some videos she had made. We added in Lucerne and Mt Pilates so we still get to see a glacier without visiting Alaska. All along the way she has been super helpful and friendly we can’t recommend her enough.

I have never met someone like Ann before. After talking with her for a few minutes it was like we had been friends for ages. I had never worked with a travel designer before and was a little worried that it was going to end up costing me a lot more but she said if I gave her a budget she would respect it. She gave me several choices allowing me to pick were to spend my money. Amazingly Ann was able to complete my entire wishlist and come in $75 under budget! She was not afraid to tell me why she didn’t think something might not be a good idea. She explained why and it made perfect sense. We were so fortunate to have found Ann. She was a total life saver when the airlines left us stranded. “Lemons to limoncello” she said as we ended up with three extra days in Italy due to a strike. We had been thinking about a river cruise for quite some time but we’re not sure which river, cruise line or itinerary to pick. They are expensive and for our 35th anniversary we wanted to get it right. Ann was so helpful going over everything. We are jumping out of our skins with excitement to go.

We were scheduled to sail the Rhine in August when the drought hit.
The cruise line said that they would have to bus us part of the way which is not why I booked a river cruise. We were so upset. Ann did some checking and found a river cruise in Portugal sailing at the same time. She spoke to the cruiseline and got them to protect our rate and move us to the Douro. We were able to modify our flights to go into Porto and out of Lisbon where we spent 3 days enjoying the city. What was looking like a crisis turned into a great vacation.

Ann is so easy to talk to, from the moment we first spoke on the phone I felt like we had been friends for years. She really LOVES travel, she gets so excited telling me where she is off to next -fyi she does live travel shows you can watch online on her trips on Facebook events. Thats how I found her. No matter if it was my big budget Antarctica trip or my low budget backpacking in Sicily she treated each trip with the same priority and attention. If you want to work with someone truly passionate about travel and vested in you getting the best experience for you look no further! I am watching her upcoming India show in December, I have done the golden triangle but she is heading south and to Sri Lanka. It’s on my list!

Miss Anne has been everywhere! Each time we talk about a place I am thinking of going she tells me her own story and shows me photos of when she was there. It’s nice to see the real thing not flashy advertising.
She is honest and will tell me if she thinks my plan may be unwise as a solo traveler and comes up with a safe solution for me to still see the places I want, like when I went to Morocco. I never thought I could afford river cruises but she glammed on to waived single supplements on Avalon and now I am able to go. She is the best!

II wanted to visit Sicily but I didn’t want to do a group to or drive myself. A friend suggested I contact Ann saying she is an Italy expert so I called. She immediately was able to start with suggestions and a logical route without having to look anything up. I was obviously not her first custom Sicily request. She matched us up with a driver:guide she personally knew for a very reasonable price and we had a great private tour for a week. Ann is a logistical expert and calming in a moment of crisis. Our flight was cancelled at the last minute to Paris and we were devastated.
Ann hired a car service to get us over to Newark from JFK , we flew to London where she had another car waiting to take us to the Chunnel train that she bought tickets online for us. A short cab ride later we made it to the ship only four hours later than our original plan. I never would have been able to come up with a plan like that, especially in a matter of minutes! She planned the perfect trip and then made sure we got there!

When I told my friend that we were thinking of going on our first river cruise but didn’t really know where to start she immediately told me to contact Ann. Her specialty is a Europe which is how Dina met her, Ann planned a 3 week trip for them. Anyhow she was so patient going over options with us. She has personally sailed so many times it was great to see her own photos and videos. We can’t wait to finally go on our trip in April as Covid pushed it off twice! Ann is like no other agent I have ever worked with. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, I swear she has been everywhere, but is also kind and caring as well. From the first moment we spoke I felt like I was talking with a friend. When my sister unexpectedly passed away she not only filed our insurance claim for me but sent my niece and I each a memory tree so Lilly will live on in our yards and hearts forever. There are not too many good hearted people left in this world, combine that with all her travel experience and you couldn’t find a better person to work with.

Ann is a life saver! For the first time in 2 years I took my little ones to see my parents for Christmas. When it came time to return Sunday we got out of LA fine but once we arrived in Philly we were told our next flight was cancelled. No replacement lights were available until late Monday and there were no hotel rooms left. I was with two exhausted toddlers pitching fits, all of us in tears. I called Ann, not sure if she could do anything, she didn’t book the trip as it was just flights to my moms. She told me to give her a bit, said to go have a snack, she would call back. 45 minutes later she said our driver will be pulling up in 15 mins. She found a car service to drive us the 4 hours home! She told me that she had looked at every option from the train to a rental car but most were sold out due to the massive cancellations. Just 6 hours after feeling like I was going to have a nervous breakdown we were all safe and snug at home

Before these horrible Covid times Ann was great attending to all and everything vis a vis my bookings and those of my friends - efficient and friendly are my first thoughts - but in addition she is just paramount in searching out one's requests and suggesting improvements - and from that putting together a cost effective package which adding up to more than you were thinking you needed in the first place...!
Then in 2019 Covid rears its head and planned trips have to be reworked, postponed, reshuffled, reconstituted, financially restructured etc - Some of the requests I have made of her make me wince, but she always comes through - it is doubtful to me that she has much time to sit down, have lunch and dinner (or even breakfast for that matter) but come through she always does...
All in all she is to me a super agent - and if she is super with clients I can only believe the companies she works with believe she is super also.
