Working with Reba was like working with someone that you knew, she was very responsive from the beginning - even in very early stages when I wasn't entirely sure I was going to take my parents on cruise.... She never behaved as some other agents-like a was wasting their time if I wasn't ready to book.

My wife and I had been planning an Alaska cruise for years. I had done all the research online for the best prices and dates we wanted. I run into Reba one day and just for the fun of it I asked her to see if she could come up with a better price. I was dumbfounded when she came back with a price almost half of what I found and meet all the requirements we were looking for. Greece tour

We recently took a 2-week trip to Greece with Globus Journeys, arranged by Reba (www.vacationsbyreba.com). It was the trip of a lifetime. Greece is stunning in natural beauty and ancient history. The trip included both a land bus tour and a 7-night Aegean cruise. Both were excellent. Service was impeccable. The tour directors and guides were knowledgeable, engaging, and well-organized. The food and accommodations exceeded our expectations. Reba made all the arrangements for us including the flight schedule and sent us useful e-mail reminders before and during the trip. We thank Reba for doing a great job once again in making this trip possible for us. We are already planning for our next trips with her assistance.

It was great working with Reba. She was ontop of getting things done and finding just what we were looking for and in the price range I asked for. I had booked several months prior to our trip to Cancun, MX and she made sure we were well informed once we got there. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children everything from our flights, resort and car service was all taken care of we even got picked up in a limo! My stepson defenitly wont forget the time he got to ride in a limo for the first time.

Reba was a great help when planning our family vacation. My in-laws mainly dealt with Reba but when the rest of us had questions, Reba always got back to them very quickly with good information. Reba also handled a lot of little details (i.e. telling Carnival that my son had a birthday while on the cruise) that she did not have to do but she wanted to make sure the trip was the best it could be.

We undertook a very ambitious project planning a family cruise for 21 people from ages 9 months to 60 years. Reba was so organized and followed up promptly with and questions or concerns we had. The trip went smoothly and the recommendations provided were perfect.
She planned all our flights, the hotel and the accommodations on the Carnival cruise ship. With members of our family coming from different states and cities it was a challenge, but we all arrived within an hour of each other and were off on our adventure.

This cruise was my groups first experience on Princess Cruise Line. We have had Reba book many sailings for us on Carnival for us in the past and she always did a great job.
This time I personally had tons of questions being on a new line to me. Reba made sure each question was answered in a timely manner and took care of special requests I asked of her.
It sure makes travel much nicer to have an agent on your side that provides first class service. She goes above for her clients do what it takes to ensure the vacation is the best it can be
I often tell people that are afraid to use a agent because "they charge more" that that is incorrect. You get the same price and often a better one as the agent will look for that for you.
We already have another group cruise booked for next year as well as Reba is checking on a Alaska sailing for the group to do in 2018.
A huge THANKS for another job well done for all of us.

I have used Reba Sohn for several cruise group booking in the past several years. We have 2 more cruise vacations on the books with her now. One cruise is set for embarkation this March 15, 2015 and another for March 6 2016. Reba is very good at getting each of the group members questions and needs met when adding them to the group sailing. She spends much extra time and effort answering individual questions.
