years. Most recently he arranged an Alaskan cruise followed by a land tour through Alaska with time at the end to visit family in Seattle. From the early conversations of our desired venues we wanted to experience to the final execution of the planned trip, Rob was a pleasure to work with and developed one of the best trips we had ever taken. There were many moving parts to this trip with four different destinations in three countries part of the plan. Wedding in N Ireland and a few days in Dublin.

We had Rob arrange 3 days in Athens prior to our cruise and it worked out very well. Our hotel room had a view of the Parthenon! We also added 3 days in Barcelona after the end of the cruise and Rob worked out transportation and excursions for us. We really enjoyed this trip! Rob is very accommodating and meticulous when planning our vacations, offering suggestions and arranging activities.

The extra leg room on United on the way over and Austrian Air on the way home was fabulous and Austrian has free wine and beer, great food and Salzburg Radisson Blu Altstadt has a view of the river in front and the back is right off the ped mall and Mozart’s birth home. Hotel itself is a charming old building rehabbed by Radisson with a great bar and restaurant and FABULOUS breakfast buffet. It is a 15 minute walk from the new city and a two minute walk from an authentic Irish pub. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times, early morning and late at night. We did the Eagle’s Nest and the Sound of Music tours which were great and also included more of the Austrian countryside since we visited the small towns relevant to each tour. Sans Souci-Wein (Vienna) was a fabulous hotel two blocks from the museum quarter with fabulous pool and spa, and a great restaurant with another fabulous breakfast and lovely evening meals. A special little café serves drinks and sandwiches between breakfast and dinner for guests only. The art museum had wonderful audio help with selected paintings and was beautiful to see. One evening we had front row seats (thank you, Rob) at a concert at the Orangerie of Schonnbrun summer palace, which turned out to be the highlight or the trip. It was preceded by a lovely dinner at a small restaurant on site We aren’t classical music fans generally but the sound was so fabulous up close and the expression on the musicians faces was so engaging that we were captivated. The first half was Mozart with a soprano and a baritone who came in intermittently to sing from Mozart operas. They were amazingly animated and their chemistry as they acted and sang was wonderful to see and hear. The second half of the concert was all Strauss, with some songs from Strauss’ canon. Thanks again to Rob for arranging private transport in Salzburg and Vienna and for arranging great places to stay and things to do.

We recently spent 10 days in Hawaii. It will be our only trip to Hawaii, so it was important to be able to visit as many of the islands as possible. We also have some mobility issues giving us some concerns about air travel between the islands.

Rob booked us an NCL cruise package that included 3 days in Oahu prior to the cruise embarkment. The savings on the package allowed us to splurge on 1st class airline accommodations from the Mainland. Once on board the ship, we were able to visit Maui, Hawaii, and Kauai, too. In addition, when the cruise line shortened our particular cruise by one day, it impacted our flight plans home. Rob found us a beautiful hotel room overlooking Waikiki beach, allowing us to relax and enjoy one final day in Paradise before we flew home.

Rob assisted us in planning a family Disney Cruise. He was helpful and response during the planning process. While in the Bahama's he was instrumental in getting us back to the states after finding out my mother was in ICU and later passed away. We could not have done this without Rob.

My wife and I travelled with another couple to Italy and Germany for two weeks. It was our first experience using a travel agent, and we really didn't know what to expect. We know that our trip will flow smoothly when Rob has arranged it. There are no surprises about cost, no confusion when arriving at our destination. He sends us copies and receipts of everything we need for our trip.

Rob is easy to work with and always delivers! Rob listened to our preferences and found a great resort for our vacation. He arranged our air travel, transfer from the airport to the resort, and all the details for the return flight home. He sent us a confirmation e-mail of our airline check-in the day prior to our flights. In other words, we didn't have to do anything but show up and have a good time! He's very detail oriented and does everything in his power to make our trips stress free and enjoyable.
