In short... TRAVEL-AGENT-BLISS!!! Tracy made my decisions, details and destination easy!! I owned a travel agency for 13 years so I'm an educated consumer. Tracy handled my upfront reservations and had my back when my husband got covid in Peru. She was avaialble nights, weekends and after we returned home. She made reservations for our extended stay, changed our airline tickets and made arrangements to meet the requirements to get back into the USA ... all without waiting to be asked. You will be extremely blessed ... as were we... to have Tracy as your travel consultant!!

It was no easy task, planning family trip with nine people, but she took it on and exceeded all of our expectations. We started out in Vegas and checked out the strip and a stop at Hoover Dam. Then we took a 15 passenger van and made our way to Arizona to see Antelope Canyon, the Grand Canyon and Phoenix. She was very good with finding the best price for us, she was constantly watching the price of the airline tickets and letting us know to try and find us the best deal. We had an issue with the Van rental two days before we were supposed to leave and all I needed to do was make a phone call to Tracy and she took care of it. She found so many other great ways for us to enjoy our trip, we didn’t know much about the best ways to explore and she made sure that we used our time wisely to the best way that we could.
We are already talking about our next big family trip to Yellowstone and without a doubt we will be using Tracy to plan that for us

It made for an incredibly memorable vacation - we would use Tracy again in a heartbeat. A few things stand out for me: a willingness to listen and truly understand the clients needs/interests, and translate those into destinations; prompt and complete responses to questions; a brief check-in during the vacation to see that all was well; and most importantly to me, she was genuinely interested in our observations and feedback. This tells me that she is engaged and cares about her work-product - and that clients will benefit from all her previous engagements/experience.

She followed up on all our needs and we did have an emergency in Ireland when we thought we lost our passport!

What a great time in Grenada! Beautiful beached and friendly people. Honestly, not a place where i would have thought to go and so glad Tracy mentioned it to me! The resort, bartenders, housekeeping, vibe team and fitness crew were the best! Lots to do if you're looking for activities and relaxing on the beach/pools were great. The snorkeling and water sports were so fun and included with the resort. The excursions we booked and going to the spice market were well worth it. What great memories from this vacation. We certainly did not want to come home.

I had to write a review for Tracy because she went above and beyond for us on our family trip to Costa Rica. She took the time to listen and understand the kind of trip we were looking for and kept me updated on any changes such as airline updates, etc. While we were there, everything went seamlessly. Our transfers were right on time, every time and everyone knew exactly where we were supposed to be. I did not have to worry a bit about any of the excursions, because she had it all taken care of. Just returned from a 10 day trip to Italy that included a deep dive into the history of Ancient Rome & Pompeii, rest & relaxation on an island in the sea. The guides of our tours were knowledgeable, friendly, & flexible + all of the transportation Tracy facilitated to move our family to various locations was impeccable. Tracy and Charity were very responsive and listened to our wants/needs for this trip. Using What's App, they communicated very efficiently whenever we had a question. The trip was well thought out and all that we hoped it would be. If anything could be improved it would be emphasizing the importance of using the TERN as an app not just on the web. none of us downloaded the APP and that caused some confusion on our schedule in Cuzco.

We want to go back. New Zealand, the inlet, the culture the people we met. Australia, the Penguin parade the blue Mountains absolutely gorgeous. The trips and the tour guides were perfect. Told us about the places we are going. All our pick ups and drop offs people were there.

I loved working with Tracy for our amazing trip to Ireland. I didn't need to think about any of the details, because Tracy did all of the work! I had a work trip scheduled for Costa Rica. We were flying from Philly to Miami to Liberia Costa Rica. Tracy SAVED the day when a flight got cancelled and she was able to get me on a flight that America told me was full. I have no idea how she did that but our trip was saved because on a Sunday morning at 9:30 am she answered my text and in a period of 10 minutes she had my international flight booked!!!

Tracy was so helpful in planning our trip to St. Lucia, especially because of the COVID restrictions. We travel a lot, and so not going anywhere all year, we were in need of a vacation and wanted to go somewhere that was allowing travel and found that most Caribbean Islands were allowing visitors (with restrictions). I haven't been to this area and I usually like to research a ton before travel but with work being so crazy, I didn't have as much time to look into everything. Tracy was super amazing at helping us find the best hotel that would work for the kind of trip we wanted. I contacted 1 travel agent in September(liberty travel), she presented me with 2 resort options--neither of which I liked or met the criteria set forth. When pressed to find other options, she told she was pregnant and would pass my info on to her co worker. Then I called AAA, gave the girl my travel dates and criteria. She literally did not contact me for 3 weeks. When I called her back she told me she forgot. Then I called Tracy and boy what a difference!!! Tracy immediately had a can-do attitude and started sending me information. I loved that we could text back and forth. She was an excellent communicator and I never wondered what was going on. Let me just say that I tried local agents had no luck. Then did a google search for northeast Pa. for Travel Agents and about 50 people popped up. Tracy Schatz was the only one that had specializing in Bucket Lists. So I took a shot and called her, and I'm so glad I did !!!! My son was running a marathon from Mt. Everest Base Camp in Nepal down to a village called Namche Bazaar in Nepal. I told her I want to be there when he crosses the finish line. I had no idea how to go about this trip , I have never been over seas before. Tracy took over and I thank God she did. She set the whole thing up for me from start to finish !!!!!
