For years I've dreamed of traveling from Denver to Glenwood Springs via Amtrak. This year was the year and when I reached out to Joe Piccinetti he worked with us on our timeline, our budget and even had amazing suggestions on activities while we were there. Joe messaged us the day of travel to confirmation our departure time was on schedule. He checked on us while on the way to our destination and even while we were there to ensure everything was going good. Joe is AMAZING and will always be our travel coordinator!

Absolutely fantastic! Such a wonderful trip that required no planning and was worry free! We expressed to Joe what we were looking for and he provided us with options to choose from. Once we decided where and when we were going, he took over from there! Joe booked everything for us and provided us with all the information we needed. He even checked in with us while we were on vacation to be sure everything was going exactly how it was planned. He also ensured we had safe transportation to and from the airport to the resort. We needed a little extra help planning a honeymoon, since planning a wedding was stressful enough. Joe was the perfect guy for the job! He took what we wanted and gave us perfect options that made making a decision so hard. We barely had to lift a finger in the process of putting the trip together & made it very stressful free. I feel so blessed and lucky to have found a travel agent that works hard for you! My husband wanted to take our grandchildren on a snorkeling vacation. Our initial plan was to go to St Thomas, but due to budget constraints, we needed to find an alternate destination. From the very first phone call Joe made this process a dream. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t have any idea where to go. All inclusive was what we were looking for and all adults only resort too. GalleyBay had all and everything that we wanted.
