Exceeding our expectations does not adequately express what a tremendous job Denise did for us. She thoroughly planned and executed our family trip to Disneyworld without us having to lift a finger. She booked the perfect resort for us with rooms next to each other and close to the dining hall. She scheduled us for each of the parks in perfect order; reserved fast passes for us on the rides everyone enjoyed the most and at the exact right times that allowed us to enjoy the rest of the park everyday; she picked the best places for our table service and quick service meals, and made our whole family happy, which is no small feat as our ages ran from 5 to 75 years old. Everything she arranged, transportation to and from, luggage service, etc. ran like clockwork .

Ms. Denise worked with my wife and I back in 2016 to find the perfect all-inclusive resort for our Honeymoon/1-year anniversary. She spoke very highly of Paradisus La Perla in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. While there, we noticed there was a kid friendly resort located on the other side of the campus, Paradisus la Esmerelda. We invited my sister’s family to join us at Paradisus this summer. We reached out to Ms. Denise to see if she could plan for 4 adults and 7 kids. Without hesitation she began to plan our trip and never had a single hiccup along the way. Ms. Denise handled our entire trip from flight, to transport service, to resort. It was so nice to pass those responsibilities to somebody as competent and timely as Ms. Denise. She was also immediately available for help with logistics while in Mexico. Denise was so helpful in planning our trip to Disney World--I can't imagine how crazy our trip would have been had she not been involved. A trip to Disney World requires a lot of attention to detail, and it's not the type of place/price point I'd recommend learning that the hard way. Moreover, I know we would have lost out on many fun experiences had she not taught us about them and helped us plan.

Working with Denise is great. She responds to questions in a timely manner. Researches options for you to choose. She was organized, was able to explain travel requirements throughly.

Here are a few things that I would recommend for future guests: 1. Make sure the shuttle vehicle is big enough for to accompany the luggage, not just the guest size. We had to ride with luggage on our laps to the resort, not very comfortable. 2. Make sure that you inform the guests on which days are extended for resort guests. Then plan on booking dinners, and fast passes accordingly. That way the guest can maximize their time spent. 3. Inform the guest on which resort is closest to their favorite park. Coronado Springs is centrally located, and we loved staying here. We had forgotten how convienent it is to all the parks. 4. Inform the guest of the policy change with disney with regards to hopper passes. Now they can use anytime within a 14 day period. This is important information when choosing length of stay and include a down day just at the resorts. 5. Make sure that the guest know about the refillable drink cups available with or without purchase of the dining plan. These come in handy when grabbing a beverage at the resort and should be purchased even if not using the dining plan. 6. I highly recommend the dining plan!!!! Well worth the money spent! 7. As you can now book three fast passes per day, make sure the guest is aware that they should book the most popular rides in advance. The fast passes can be changed at any time, but it is hard to get on to these rides within a close time frame for fast passes. Very important to book these ahead of time. 8. Also make the guest aware that the extended hours are perfect times to hit the popular rides. We were able to ride the mine ride back-to-back at 2:30 am. Well worth staying up late and sleeping in the next day. 9. Make sure the guest is familiar with My Disney Expereience, as well as Memory Maker. These two items are essential for making it the best possible experience. Memory Maker is so worth the money!

We had a travel emergency (Hurricane Irma) right before we were due to leave for our trip and Denise helped us get everything cancelled and then when we were ready to reschedule she picked right back up where we left off and still made sure we were able to get all the things we had originally planned and more! Denise was great. Williamsburg had small crowds. Very manageable. Great condo with indoor/outdoor pools, an arcade, and bowling alley. It didn’t feel like a major destination location—and that was exactly what I was looking for. Denise planned well and organized our trip with flexibility baked in.

Regarding anything that maybe we might do differently:
1. 4 parks in 4 days was a bit overwhelming. Our next Disney trip we will plan rest days in between.
2. Flights and rental car return didn't quite compliment each other. We pd a little extra to extend our rental car time, but a little better communication up front could have prevented this.
3. Hotel in Clearwater required valet parking and did not have a kitchenette. We took advantage more of the beach without leaving the hotel, but think next time we will request something a little different.
4. Probably would not plan a breakfast buffet so far away from our hotel on the last day. It was an excellent buffet, but the Disney transportation was backlogged that morning so we spent so much time in tra

This trip was a big vacation for us. We combined a trip to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter with a Disney Cruise, each by itself would have been a good vacation but combining them introduced a lot of complexity to the trip with additional transport required.
