Puerto Vallarta is My Jam!

Lauren helped my wife and I plan our honeymoon, which we took in August 2015. We are both busy professionals and, as such, have learned to rely heavily on other professionals we retain (especially after planning our own wedding). As such, this creates high expectations on our part that we find very few people ever meet. Lauren met all of them. Not only was she personally invested in ensuring that our trip would be worry-free from start to finish, but attentive to our financial considerations as well. Lauren went above and beyond the call in finding multiple options for resorts in each of several different island locations and provided us with inside information about why some would be better than others for us, in light of the vision we shared with her. The resort we ended up choosing turned out to be, bar none, the nicest resort either my wife or I ever visited, much less stayed at, which is saying something since we are both 47 and have both been around the world. Lauren handled all of our pre-trip questions (neuroses) in a calm and professional manner, responding timely every time. She arranged for special treatment at the resort and ensured the proper connections to and from all airports in conjunction with our flights (which we booked separately only because we had tons of airline points). Lauren was very skilled in making sure that the big picture was not overwhelmed by the little things, since she had them all completely under control. We cannot recommend Lauren highly enough.

Lauren spoiled our family by using her many talents in helping us plan our Disney vacation. Our week long adventure was spent visiting every park at Disney World along with Universal. Of course we had no idea what we were doing or that navigating Disney was an actual thing until Lauren walked us through the do's and don'ts . Without Lauren and her planning I could very well picture the disaster that could have ensued! Thankfully all of her skills paid off and it was and still is our favorite vacation. From the beautiful hotel and amenities to our adventures in dining and all of the fun days and nights, everything went as smoothly as we hoped. Actually, it exceeded our expectations tenfold. We all agree that traveling without Lauren's expertise is no longer an option.

We will likely only get one chance to have an European Vacation like we did. Lauren helped us from the beginning through some misadventures with lost luggage. Without her help we would not have had nearly the fun we did. Her competence in travel planning gave us the confidence to try some things we wouldn't normally tried. It all worked out better than we expected. I heartily endorse her for all your travel needs

Lauren is the most knowledgeable and helpful travel I have ever worked and would never work with another. She makes sure all necessary arrangements are handled so all I have to worry about it packing.

Lauren was incredibly helpful in planning a last minute trip. I had very specific needs, and she was able to find flights and hotels to meet exactly what I asked for. She was available for my silly, after hours questions and was never inconvenienced. She's very down-to-earth, friendly and helpful. I will definitely use her again and will recommend her to friends and family.
