Anne was very responsive! This was our first International family vacation, during a pandemic, traveling with our brother and sister in law and their 4 kids. Anne managed all 11 of us wonderfully! She was helpful getting us information on appropriate resorts for families with cost options to chose from. While we were traveling, she was just a text message away and always responded quickly!

Anne was amazing throughout the whole process. She not only helped set up everything before our trip but she also communicated during and after the trip to make sure everything was going according to plan.

Anne booked a vacation to Maui for my family...whole process took no time and was exactly what we wanted. After our initial discussion Anne provided a few great options that were right in our price range. She also provided other options that we never thought of so that was really great. Once we selected an option, everything was booked and it was easy. Anne also provided me with some optional excursions that we could do so we ended up booking a few through her recommendation. Well, the trip was AMAZING! The hotel was incredible and all the excursions we took were so much fun. Never in my wildest dreams could I have found this on my own....AMAZING! It was so nice to have someone do all the details ...if I had done this by myself it would have taken weeks and would not have been as nice... and i would have worried that I missed something. Thank you Anne for giving my family such a memorable, stress free vacation.

Anne helped us plan a spring break trip to Nottingham and London. We've never been there before and had a couple specific sites we wanted to visit. We had a wonderful trip. They did a great job planning all of our travel including hikes at the proper level of difficulty. They suggested three cities in the Alps, Grindelwald, Zermatt and Chamonix and all three we spectacular in their own way. When we ran into snags, they were very responsive.

Our family was able to get together for the first time in years so we wanted it to be special. Mission accomplished! We celebrated my 70th birthday in style.

Two years ago I went on the same type of trip with my middle daughter and her name was Brielle. I planned that entire trip on my own and I will tell you it took a very very long time to plan and it also was riddled with a lot of stressful moments on getting on and off trains getting checked into hotels getting to the hotels etc. etc. However, this time around I worked with Anne to plan the trip and all of those areas that were extremely stressful when I went with my daughter Brielle were not stressful at all with my oldest Kylyn. The locations they recommended were just great. The hotels they booked were phenomenal. They really took the stress out of the equation and allowed us to just go have fun (which we absolutely did). They were also very attentive if we ever needed anything.

We had such a great experience last summer with Anne that we came back for more fun and memories this summer too! Anne is great with planning and making it all happen after hearing our ideas. It is so easy with IKP!

With the stress of planning a wedding it can also be stressful to add on trying to plan a memorable honeymoon. Anne made this process so easy she did all the work for us and all we had to do was describe our ideal vacation. She took the time to really get to know us and understand what we wanted from this experience and I think she hit it out of the park! Our honeymoon was so magical and fun and I didn’t really have to do anything it was a breath of fresh air. We now get to tell our friends and family about our trip to Fiji and share breathtaking photos! I highly recommend using Anne and I have already shared her info with many of my friends and family.

Anne did a great job keeping us "on task" pre-trip - i.e. submitting required paperwork, choosing optional excursions, and setting up our documents and helpful information on the My Trip app. The only suggestion I have for improvement is clearer communication among the email threads to our group of eight. There was alot of back and forth, often referencing links from previous email threads that were difficult to locate.

We had the best experience using Anne to help plan our trip around Greece and Italy. The shared app with our itinerary was a game changer for our family. We loved having all of our plans in one easy to access place. We were able to navigate public transportation seamlessly and had great communication from planned ride services. All hotels were fantastic and all excursions set up with no issues. Using Anne really helped relieve the stress of coordinating all of the details that went into planning a 2.5 week trip with 6 different stops. It was so well organized and we had zero issues the entire time. Best trip ever!

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Anne Allen! They planned the perfect trip for us through Italy and Croatia, taking all of our requests into account and truly tailoring the experience to our tastes. As food lovers, we were thrilled with the incredible foodie-focused excursions they arranged — each one was a highlight. The boutique hotels they selected were spot-on: charming, comfortable, and in fantastic locations. They also stayed on top of every detail and followed up throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. Anne helped us find an all-inclusive resort in Cozumel that was family friendly and met our budgetary needs. Our kids had a great time in the pool and on the beach and everyone was able to find foods and drinks that they enjoyed throughout the trip. Anne picked a great hotel for our first trip to Hawaii. We were on Waikiki beach and really enjoyed that experience. The beach is great for swimming and surfing. The Outrigger on Waikiki Beach is a fun and lively place. The trip was well planned, with shuttle service to and from the airport. We really had no issues with any aspects of our trip. Pearl Harbor and a tour to the north side of the island were highlights of our trip.

We were greeted by a person at the Montego Bay, Jamaica airport by a person holding a sign with our names on it. She seamlessly walked us through customs and then to our shuttle. Couples San Souci resort had everything ready and a quick check-in. Wonderful food, great events Tuesday and Friday nights on the lawn next to the beach. Glass bottom boat ride and other amenities were included.

Having never been to Europe for vacation, it can be intimidating to plan/execute travel. With Anne, I basically gave her a list of cities I would like to visit, and she handled the rest. While traveling to and in Europe, we did not have a single hiccup or issue with transportation or accommodations. Anne was super helpful throughout the whole planning and active phases of our trip to French Polynesia! Throughout planning Anne gave information based on her experiences and what other clients had enjoyed and which islands to visit. She helped us find the only automatic vehicle left on the island when we wanted to book a car for a few days. I knew I could rely on her to help us get something figured out. Much-appreciated advance efforts to fully understand the type of vacation we desired and then offering a vetted number of options. Also, going the extra distance by providing us with the best float chairs ever and great insulated cups for the built-in cup holders — we put them to great use!!

Anne, asked what we were looking for and provided several options which met our goals. She sent out reminders to ensure we met all travel requirements and protocols as well as ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. She was also available and took complete care of a snafu we experienced while at the resort. She took care of us and had our best interested at heart always so we could have the best vacation. As the Jamaicans say this was a ‘No worries mon’ experience for us.

Anne was so organized, she left nothing on the table. In fact, I had to call her mid trip bc one of our hotels claimed they didn't have us in the system.
