John has helped plan two trips for my husband and I so far, including a no go trip to Europe due to COVID and an amazing 3 week trip to Alaska. John was totally understanding when we had to cancel our Europe plans and helped us pull together (let’s be serious, he pulled together) an unforgettable Alaskan adventure. He’s extremely knowledgeable on places across the globe and steered us in all the right directions. We would. Kr have had the same amazing trip without John leading the way for us.

From managing our reservations which had to be changed from the fall to spring & keeping us updated on any changes to Disneys reopening. Working with John is like having a travel agent, a deal-hunting ninja, and a mind-reader all rolled into one. He answers questions faster than my Wi-Fi loads a webpage, and he’s always hunting down upgrades, perks, and magic extras we didn’t even know existed. John lets us steer the ship on what we want to do, but he’s right there to plug any gaps so we don’t accidentally plan a “relaxing” trip that turns into logistical chaos. He listens, he gets us, and he somehow knows exactly what type of vacation we’re trying to create. He’s extremely well-traveled himself—basically a walking guidebook with frequent-flier miles—and he knows the ins and outs of flights, cruises, and hotels like a seasoned insider. But the real magic? If it involves Disney, Mexico, or Prosecco… John transforms from travel agent to full-on superhero. Honestly, we don’t know how we ever planned a trip without him.

My wife and I were wanting to try some place new, we were overwhelmed with all of the options and didn't know where to begin. John was recommended to us from a family member, everything was seamless from planning to the day we returned home. John listened to our wants/needs and he delivered on all of them! Wonderful trip with great friends put together so well by John!

John was recommended to us by a friend who had recently used him for Disney trip and he did not disappoint! We traveled to Disney with our two kids (7 & 5). John was amazing throughout the whole process...giving us all of the information we needed to be able to make decisions. And when we couldn't decide - he gave us his recommendations based on his extensive experience (and the experiences of his kiddos). When our flights to Disney were cancelled due to a hurricane, John was able to quickly jump in and help us with rebooking all of our park days, character meals, reservations, and lightning lane passes. When we got there, we would have never known we were delayed - everything was better than we expected! The daily itinerary John put together for us was incredible and he was even available when we were there to help us with questions as they arose. I haven't used a travel agent in years. I do everything myself. However, I was going to Punta Cana and there are a LOT of resorts -- and I had no ability to determine which would be best for our group of 20. John put us into a resort that fit like a glove. Beautiful resort, family friendly, great service. We could not have been happier! No chance I would have known to pick this resort -- and John kind of knew everything about everything -- and made this vacation just perfect. John arranged my 50th Birthday Cruise on Virgin Voyages for myself and 23 of my friends. John was very easy to work with, very thorough, paying attention to all the details of our first cruise and trip to Alaska. We had no idea what to expect, but he listened to all of our questions and concerns and was so helpful with his suggestions. He took into account some special needs and every accommodation was perfect! As novice cruisers, he chose the perfect ship for our experience. Any question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly. Each day of our journey, from the seven days on the ship sailing through the Inside Passage, to the bus trip from Seward to Anchorage and to the train trips to Denali and Fairbanks was flawless. By the end of the trip, we felt we had seen and done everything we had hoped to experience on our once in a lifetime journey to Alaska…thanks to the excellent pre-planning by John.

This is our third trip that John planned for us. We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. Absolutely stunning resort! The best customer service and hospitality from all staff. John always picks the best resorts for us! Almost as if he knows exactly what we want and what we are looking for. We even had the VIP service at the airport… I highly recommend! We got to swim at the Punta Cana airport!!! John made sure every single detail of our trip was scheduled and planned. He is absolutely the best ever! If you want the best accommodations and someone who pays attention to the little details, John is your person!

John goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure your vacation is magical. This trip was a proposal trip and could have gone very bad if it wasn't for John staying on top of events at our first hotel. John saw there was a fire at our original hotel and reported back quickly to me and was able to find an alternate hotel with just a week before leaving the states. I had a proposal dinner set up and that all went away with having to change hotels until John came and saved the day. John was able to get in contact with the new hotel even though they told me they had no room for a proposal dinner so late, but John made it happen. Later that day I had an email from the hotel asking what i needed to set up my special dinner. All thanks to John. John truly cares about his customers and makes sure you have everything you need and want along the way.
