Ami planned a very complex trip for my family of 8 to Alaska all the way from Georgia! Everything went smoothly and the trip was absolutely amazing. We flew, rented a car, got on a train, a bus, multiple shuttles, even a boat! We stayed at 5 different places. I couldn’t fathom having to have navigated this without her. Highly, highly recommend!

Ami has taken the stress away from planning my vacation. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. If I have questions, she quickly gets back to me with all the information I need to make a decision. I have two boys with special needs, and Ami helped me set up services for them to ensure we were taken care of when we were on our trip. Wonderful communications and overall, a great travel agent to work with!

This was my first experience using a travel agent. My adult children and I wanted to see Alaska. I contacted Ami Newell and provided a wish list. She put together a fabulous itinerary. We also need special consideration for gluten free options. Ami worked diligently to find local restaurants and order GF meals on our excursions, if available. We saw bears, walked on a glacier, went sledding with champion Iditarod dogs, hiked Hatcher's Pass, panned for gold, went 43 miles into Denali National Park and cruised the bay. It was a trip we will always remember. I also appreciated that she was a call or text away if there were any problems. Luckily, we did not encounter anything. I highly recommend Ami Newell. We look forward to planning our next trip!

Ami was very helpful when we were booking our delayed honeymoon trip. We researched several locations prior to making our selection. She answered all questions thoroughly and promptly. While we were on resort, we had an issue canceling a pre booked excursion and the website would not let us do it on our own. Ami quickly resolved the problem. Thanks Ami for making it a great trip!

Ami set up an amazing four day itinerary for my family to travel around the parks at Disney World. Ami was extremely responsive whenever I had a question regarding our trip and she was there every step of the way with helpful hints to make our vacation magical for everyone!

She also had a solution to a potential problem before we even knew it was a potential problem. She helped with all the planning along the way, so that once we got on sight, there was very little to worry about. She answered any and all questions we had along the way. Ami went above and beyond at planning all the details of a 5 day trip for a small group of 6. She planned and arranged activities, reservations for recommended restaurants, knew how and when to arrange for the "special sunrise" event atop Cadillac Mountain. Ami helped us plan our recent two-week road trip with our pop-up camper, to Washington, D.C. We were initially very overwhelmed with all the possibilities, and trying to figure out an efficient plan for how to best tackle the many things we wanted to do. Ami took in all the things we were interested in and did her research! She helped us see what would be reasonable for our time frame, the weather, etc. and what might be a reach and better saved for another time. She figured out the ins and outs of which places required tickets, timed entries, or were okay to simply walk in; and gave us dates/times to set as reminders on our phones to ensure we got tickets to everything we wanted when they became available. She also helped idenitfy a few choies of campgrounds for us to explore and helped us see the pros and cons of each. She also found interesting opportunities (like a private museum tour) that we never would have known about on our own, and really enjoyed. We highly recommend her!

I was terrified of taking my first cruise, especially during covid with so many rules and things that needed to be done. Ami helped me to get the best rate, recommend hassle free covid tests, sent me reminders over 18 months about what I needed to do and when. She helped me during the cruise to get a refund on an excursion that was cancelled. It is so helpful to have an expert navigate the stresses of a new experience and help you get the best deals.

As soon as I got home I booked a cruise to Antarctica through Ami. She is so helpful and accessible. I feel so fortunate to have found her.
