We just got home last night from the Disney Fantasy aboard with our extended family and I just wanted to thank you for an incredible job organizing. It felt like a once in a lifetime vacation- and thank you for the wonderful gift that was in our stateroom for little James- we used the backpack and nightlight daily and he carried that stuffed Mickey Mouse everywhere!

This particular location was perfect for us, it was more of an intimate setting compared to the other 2 Sandals on that Island, exactly what we were looking for. We did hop to the other Sandals for free, which was nice, but truly enjoyed Sandals Halcyon. Thank you for all of you/ your team's help in planning our Disney World trip!!! We had an AMAZING time! Truly, bonded more with our kiddos than we have in a while. We had our game plan for rides every day and figured out that we need to look up lunch places before we're starving :) We ended up going back to the hotel by about 1-2pm each day and then back out for dinner. On one occasion we went all day and the kids were miserable in the heat. Photo memory maker was great! The Art of Animation resort and our room worked VERY well. I was impressed with the size of the room - 2 bathrooms and separate bedroom is something we would definitely want to do again. We used the wall pull out table/bed for one kiddo and the couch pullout bed for the other.

We had an awesome vacation and really felt we got everything out of the trip that we wanted to see and do. THANK YOU!!

We have been using Debi for YEARS. We are FINALLY about to embark on our 20th Disney Cruise this year and Debi has helped book over half of them because I simply didn't know the value of travel agents. I always assumed I could find cheaper pricing by NOT using a travel professional, when in fact, many times Debi has found better pricing or better value. We have had situations where we had to cancel or reschedule (pre-pandemic) and Debi has always been available to answer our questions beyond the 9 to 5 because most problems don't come up between 9 and 5!
