A senior trip to remember

Tricia helped me plan a senior trip for my 2 daughters who are graduating from high school. Tricia took care of everything!! Excellent service. It made for some great senior memories for them and I felt safe having them use Disney transportation. One of my daughters has a severe tree nut allergy and Disney did a great job making sure she was safe during her meals.

She took our crazy constraints (pairing a Disney trip to a work trip) and found a way to meet our budget and our to do list in a way that made our trip flexible, relaxing, exciting and our bellies full of amazing food. Between the quick service food plan, the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, changing hotels and only having 2 days to visit 4 parks, she made it all work. First cruise

This was our first cruise….first Disney cruise. We took our two oldest grandsons and we all enjoyed it. Thanks to Tricia for help with decisions about booking and help with advance port excursions as well as help with Disney band issues. Booking the Concierge level was a great choice and the mid-ship cabin was a good location. All staff, not just Concierge, were friendly and very helpful. The diner choices at the restaurants where very good.

A long awaited family vacation!

We've been planning a Disney trip for YEARS and Covid intervened and then other life things happened. When I approached Tricia and explained how I wanted this to work, she took the reins, she planned this vacation for the eight of us to PERFECTION! I didn't worry about ANYTHING! It all ran like a well oiled machine from pick up to drop off. Her tips on rides/food/lines, etc. were MANDATORY reading for my crew and we used all of them at one point or another during our stay. We even had a health issue that she stepped in and had our arrangements made within ten minutes, I think while she ate her lunch! She's AMAZING and I could not travel without her! She makes everything seem possible.

Our vacation was AMAZING. Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in Saint Lucia was a beautiful resort, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special & we had an incredible time. Tricia recommended the concierge level service and it was 1000% worth it - I felt like a celebrity the whole week with all the special treatment. We had an awesome full-day land & sea excursion thru the resort that exceeded all our expectations. The food, service & entertainment were incredible - I can't say enough good things about the resort or our trip and the coordination provided by Tricia.

Great trip

We landed in the UK just on time for RSV virus! Still not back to normal. Still had a very enjoyable vacation. Only disconcerting part was the fights. Noticed that when we were waiting for connecting flight from Edinburgh to Heathrow on Sunday, there were numerous direct fights to JFK. Would have reduced our travel time home by 4-5 hoirs.

happy trip sharing 5 fun days with my grandson, I even went on Tron rollercoaster with him. Tricia made all arrangements tickets, hotels, meal plan (except for plane) her associate sarah set up food reservations for times we requested. I had used her for family trip in 2015 and knew her excellent service. Tricia also went above and beyond when It turned out I needed an electric cart after 1st day due to heel spur. She arranged to have it dropped off just before our 5PM dinner and pick up last night at 7PM. many thanks to her for quick response.
