It was a pleasure getting to work with Mrs. Bonnie to plan our honeymoon! I was EXTREMELY nervous & had tons & tons of questions as we both had never gone outside of the USA (minus a cruise) & wanting our once in a lifetime trip & honeymoon to be absolutely perfect & Mrs. Bonnie never once got upset with my million questions by phone, email & doing so after hours & even when she was on vacation herself! Truly can’t explain how long I went back & forth with her because of being so nervous, indecisive on picking a location and she was always BEYOND pleasant, understanding, helpful, professional, & never pushed anything on my husband and I. We actually went to a travel agent locally which you would think would be easier since it’s all in person etc but NOPE we still decided to go with Mrs. Bonnie & we don’t regret it! First off, I don't think we would have been able to find this resort without your help because it's very difficult to know which resorts are the right fit when you have never been. We also appreciated how much detail went into the trip, flights, airport transportation, and letting us know we had so many different restaurant options at our sister resorts that were included in our "all inclusive" package! Going on a trip with my two best girlfriends was much needed and you exceeded our expectations with the property. Pueblo Bonito Pacifica took great care of us! Thank you thank you thank you!

Big Sky 2019

She works around the clock to ensure that her clients are getting taken care of! Her staff is amazing assistance when she needs them to jump in too! We had to switch our flights last minute and she made sure our transportation to and from the airport and all of those details were switched as well. Our time at Big Sky was great and we had so much fun on the mountain. She was very knowledgeable with what was included in our hotel stay and let us know beforehand that our lift passes and breakfast was included for our entire stay. Bonnie was awesome to work with and very helpful. From the beginning she assisted us with planning our trip and helping us decide where to go based on what we hoped to experience. Before we left she made sure we had all the records and paperwork required with the current travel guidelines. Unfortunately we experienced difficulty with the airlines and they did not want to accept responsibility for the delays and our missed connections. Bonnie was persistent in getting our flights changed at no cost or penalty to us. It would have taken a day of our vacation getting that done. I can not say enough about the positive experience.

The Best Trip & The Best Wedding!

When we decided to wanted to have a destination wedding, we had no idea where to begin. It was overwhelming to say the least. It was a fabulous week! We were treated like Royalty. We shared with them that we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary, so they made a cool romantic design on our bed with towels and rose petals and sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne. The pool was second to none! The daily entertainment staff was superb. We participated in our 1st Foam Party in the pool. We tried a Tequila Tasting Event -- that was rough! We booked a catamaran cruise through Delta Vacations. We played pickleball twice! ALL GREAT experiences. Lotsa laughs! The resort is beautiful (but too big for me -- I was still getting lost at the end of the week). Please jot in your notes that the next time we go, we do NOT want to do the "shared ride" to our resort -- we were the 3rd stop, arrived at the Valentin 2+ hours after departing from the airport.

We’ve been to Yosemite, Rocky Mountains, the Redwood, Banff Jasper, the Grand Canyon, Glacier Park, etc and Yellowstone was by far our best National Park Tour. We used the words Magnificent and Spectacular we just about wore them out. The whole tour with Insight was incredible, a lot having to do with our great Tour Guide Smiley. Out Travel Agent m, Bonnie, did a great job getting us all the promotions she could for us and arranging our flights. She also arrange our extra day hotel at a cheaper price than Insight offered. The travel guide was one of the best - knowledgeable, funny, helpful organized and had great communication! The sights were amazing. We saw hundreds of bison, pronghorn sheep, a black bear, elk and osprey. The gushers were so beautiful and we learned much about thermals. Bus was very comfortable and the hotels were better than expected for a national park- rustic but very comfortable.

We traveled to the Barcelo Riviera Maya Palace for a senior trip! The resort was great with lots to do for adults and kids. (Casino, dance club, bowling, swim with dolphins, snorkeling, beach volleyball, ping-pong, and many others options)The beach and sea with beautiful turquoise waters were both amazing. We had a large room with a balcony over looking the pool and ocean. Bonnie was amazing and made this trip so easy. She organized everything, communicated well and made the whole trip go smoothly. A Great Honeymoon!

My wife and I planned our honeymoon to French Polynesia through Bonnie and Bon Voyage. Bonnie was super helpful in providing us all the information needed to plan our vacation. From reaching out to resorts and tours to answering our questions about international travel, Bonnie made the planning process easy and stress free. The trip was a great success and all went smoothly. The transfers and logistics of the trip were all prepared for us in advance and made navigating a foreign country we were unfamiliar with very easy. Besides a minor hiccup due to a cancelled flight between islands, everything was very smooth, and we didn't have to worry about any of the travel. In addition, the resorts Bonnie suggested were beautiful and the excursions we took left us with lasting memories. In short, we had a great experience. Our travel plans were wonderfully created by Bonnie Haley! St. Vincent and the gorgeous resort views with the ocean. The sand and water was beautiful. We only wished for longer beach walks. We met some new friends and enjoyed time together. The water bikes were a lot of fun offering new perspectives of the resort. The food and drinks were also delicious. Our only regret is that we wished we could have stayed a couple extra days as we were beginning to master relaxation!!!

After nearly saving for a DECADE, we were finally taking our much-delayed honeymoon. 10 year anniversary trip

Sandals Antigua was absolutely amazing! I still can’t believe that it’s a real place! It far exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly friendly from our drivers to and from the airport, grounds keepers, bartenders, restaurant staff and our butlers especially Geoffrey! It was most definitely a dream vacation. Our original room was having some maintenance issues so they “upgraded” us to the Mediterranean Honeymoon Romeo and Juliet Penthouse room on the 6th floor of the large Almond building and the views were incredible from there! We stayed in there 2 nights and then spent the other 2 in the room we booked. But dare we say we liked the Romeo and Juliet room better.
The food and drinks were wonderful, we also visited their little coffee shop was visited multiple times a day!
We can not wait to go back!

Sandals Dunn's River was a great experience from top to bottom with great facilities, food and entertainment. The weather did keep us from going on the ocean unfortunately, that is the only thing that would have made our anniversary trip better.

Bonnie is always great to work with. Austin and I have had her plan our vacations for the last few years but this years was a little more special to us as it was our honeymoon. Bonnie found us an amazing resort in St Lucia and when we found out last minute we couldn’t go there, she did fast work to secure us a spot in Cancun, Mexico at the most amazing resort!

Best Honeymoon!

Bonnie is AMAZING to work with! We originally had our honeymoon planned for April 2020 in Jamaica but due to Covid had to reschedule and Bonnie took care of everything! Then when we wanted to rebook she found a new resort for us in Mexico and it honestly was the best experience! I couldn’t of imagined having to do all that without a travel agent! I highly recommend Bonnie and Bon Voyage! We will definitely be going though Bonnie for all our trips in the future! She made everything so easy!
