We are an unmarried newly dating couple who decided to take an all-inclusive vacation. Dona was recommended to us by the friend of a friend. And how lucky were we to find a travel agent who went above and beyond in every way to make sure that we had the trip of our dreams. We had done some shopping on our own and then we trusted Dona to give us the advice that we needed to make this trip even better than we could’ve imagined. Our initial trip was to Sandals in Jamaica. And then along came hurricane Melissa and decimated the resort that we wished to visit. Dona being the consummate professional got the information that was necessary from the people she knew on the island and from the Sandals ownership. She helped us rebook at a new location with an equally exquisite room with amazing staff and a beautiful location. Each of us separately contacted Donna wanting to Schedule a surprise for each other. She was able to schedule those two separate surprises and keep them a surprise from each of us. We could not have had a better travel agent. We cannot wait to book our next trip with Dona.

Donna did a wonderful job with not only her experience with Sandals, but also her efficiency and providing me all the paperwork and tips I would need to enjoy my vacation. Wonderful anniversary trip

Donna provided excellent customer service from the first moment we called her to book our cruise all the way to the end of our trip. She booked a 28 day cruise to Alaska and Hawaii for our 30th anniversary and assisted with booking an excursion to Pearl Harbor. During our trip, she was able to keep us up to date on itinerary changes and offer alternatives to keep our experience special.
