Simply put, she was awesome to work with! She has an extensive knowledge of all things travel related (cruises, flights, resorts, hotels, etc) and is eager to share it! She beat carnivals own website pricing and even followed that up with laundry list cruise must haves!
Unfortunately, our cruise was ultimately canceled due to the on going pandemic. Despite this, Sara was prompt in applying for a refund and even went as far as to find other options for us within the same date range AND price point.
Could not have asked for a better travel agent. Once the pandemic has subsided, we will most certainly be contacting her for a trip!
