We had never used a travel agent but thought we would give it a try. We contacted Donna and gave her an idea of what we were looking for in a resort and what type of accommodations we wanted. She quickly got back to us with her recommendation.

She hit it out of the park! An all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean with the perfect room accommodations and within our budget range. She was very responsive to all our questions leading up to the trip and checked in with us while at the resort to make sure everything was running smoothly as planned.
