Heather was awesome! She always answered all of my questions in a timely manner! She offered great suggestions to make our trip memorable and fun! Her experience with Disney and Universal was extensive and helped us to plan the perfect trip :)

I've worked with a couple different travel agents before and Heather's service BLEW them all out of the water. I will never work with anyone else again. She response fast to emails and keeps update to date on all the new travel protocols which to me is a HUGE help. Travelling right now with Covid restrictions changing every day is so stressful but Heather made sure I knew how to navigate my vacation, where to go, and when to get tested. Not to mention this same trip got cancelled a couple times due to restrictions and she helped cancel it get my money back, then re-book it when it was safer. She even made sure to check up on me several times through out my trip to make sure everything was going smooth. She really does care about you and doesn't give you "sugar coated answers" . She's truthful and honest. I recommend anyone who is thinking of travel, definitely give her a call/email!

We started our adventure in New Zealand! We had a friendly and very informative G adventure guide that showed us some very beautiful places on both the North and South Island. Our group in New Zealand seemed to jell right off the start so that was an added bonus. Our new G Adventure friends are still in contact with What's App or Facebook. I would say we were the least international traveled of our group but everyone was made to feel welcomed. We saw some of nature's most beautiful sites and made new friends ! We left all but one of our new friends and did the second part of our trip in Australia! Australia had been on our bucket list for many years. It was also a very memorial adventure. Australia is huge and has so many things to see and do. We only saw a small part of it in the 15 days. The Outback was an experience that I think we would only ever do once but we got to experience +40c temperatures while at our home in MB they were experiencing -40 C. I truly believe that traveling and experiencing new cultures is a wonderful privilege. With G Adventure's we got to experience so many things that we would not have thought to do if we had planned the trip on our own. I also truly believe that the more we see of the world the more we appreciate what we have right here in Manitoba Canada. I hope we stay in contact with our new New Zealand and Australia G Adventure friends, they help make our experience more memorable! We think Heather did a wonderful job of introducing us to G adventures and showing us options for the days before and after our G adventures tours. Thanks to Heather our trip went well from the when we left Winnipeg till we returned. Heather also checked in with us a couple of times during our trip to see how it was going.

Heather was awesome, quick replies, easy to work with and very thorough! She gave us many options based on our requests! She kept in touch and made sure everything was smooth start to finish! Would definitely recommend her and we will be using her for all future vacations
