Gina was great! She was very responsive with my questions; she provided hotel, ride, and restaurant recommendations; and she gave us suggestions for transportation from the airport and in and around Disney. She was also helpful in explaining the new Disney ride pass system and encouraged us to apply for DAS! Will definitely use Gina again for our Orlando theme-park vacations!

She was amazing...we live in TX and she communicated and met with my mother in law and father in law multiple times. She always included us in on all emails and sent us tons of info and brochures by mail. She went above and beyond and answers any and all questions at anytime we reached out. Highlight of 2023

Gina was incredible to work with for our family trip to Disney World and we would absolutely recommend her to others. She was kind, flexible, available and had excellent advice. She helped book accommodations and dining reservations for our party of 16 to ensure our rooms and seating were situated together and everything worked out perfectly. Her guidance with navigating the parks allowed us to maximize our time and make the most of our trip. She also assisted my mother in law with booking a scooter and navigating the accessibility options available at Disney. She was always available to answer any of the many questions we had to help us better understand the nuances of Disney and I couldn’t have done it without her. She was really lovely to work with and I would definitely work with her again for future trips.

First Trip to Disney!

and asked for a lot of options and changes and she did everything with a smile and was so pleasant the entire process! It was such a smooth process I cannot be more grateful! She checked in multiple times before, during, and even after! It rained during one of our days there, and she STILL reached out that day to let us know of some cool things to still do during our day even though it rained all day at the park.
But the best part to me personally, were the handwritten cards. One to congrats for going to Disney, another for the holidays, and one when we returned home to say thank you for trusting her when really, she deserved all the THANKS!
