She is knowledgeable about and kept us informed of travel guidelines and restrictions during Covid-19, which has kept us at ease. She even offered to enter our Park Pass & Hotel info into the My Disney Experience app for us, which we happily welcomed! We reached out to Shauna following an online search for travel agents in our area. We knew we wanted to honeymoon in Costa Rica after our wedding, but weren't too sure where to start. We knew that we needed help planning our Disney World trip for 2 adults and 2 kids and wasn't sure where to begin. I did an internet search for Disney travel agents and starting reading reviews to help find an agent that was authorized for Disney Vacation packages, had a 5 star rating and had a minimum of 30 ratings on Google. I found Shauna and even though we did not live in her area, I submitted the vacation form on her site and she got to work! Gave us options for resorts, booked reservations for lunch and dinner while in park at places she thought we'd enjoy, provided key tips/tricks to help save a few dollars so we could focus spending on the experience! Overall very pleased we went with an agent and specifically went with Shauna for her communication, answer all our questions and her GREAT recommendations for places to eat! The kids had the time of their lives' that was evident in all the pics Disney took or we captured on our phones!

She took care of communicating with Disney to get our tickets booked using a credit we had with them from 2020, which I know was a lot of time spent on the phone. She also offered to help with any questions or concerns when we were in the park. It really was great working with Shauna!
