We were kept up-to date of changes in a timely manner. Made arrangements for us arrive a day early for a visit to the Space Needle, which I was excited to see. This trip was an easy one and very enjoyable.

He was able to handle everything and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Our cruise to the Bahamas was amazing, and we have Mr.Brooks to thank for it! Everything was perfectly organized, from the booking process to the little details. He made it easy and stress-free—highly recommend!

We visited Australia and enjoyed it very much. We especially enjoyed Melbourne and Adelaide Wildlife Park. The park lets you see their animals up close and feed them. Melbourne is very beautiful and the people were very friendly.

My husband and I took a 12 night British Isles cruise which included ports in England, Ireland, Scotland and France. We had never cruised with Princess Cruises before and were pleased with the experience. We have booked many travel excursions with Bill Brooks. This last trip for Viking River Cruise was excellent. We first approached Bill about obtaining his help in booking a trip on Rhine River with Viking. He immediately began researching the details for different cruise routes. Very quickly he had us over to review different routes, timeframe for trips, etc. Once we selected the trip, he worked with Viking to present a cruise schedule that worked within our dates. All details were presented and booking was made. After the first month of our booking, we had another couple that wanted to take the trip with us. Bill was able to work with Viking to set up their trip with us. This required extra challenges and Bill worked through all the obstables. He kept us update to regarding flight changes by Viking and worked out any issues to insure that both couples were traveling together. As always it was a great experience from preparation to sendoff.

I have done both land and cruise trips with William Brooms. Both Trips were well planned and organized. Mr. Brooks demonstrated his ability to to keep tabs on us and to make sure that everyone was safe. There were lots of options for personal choices for land excursions on our cruise. On one land tour, a member of our group became very ill. Mr. Brooks secured immediate assistance for this individual and contacted their family. He did all this behind the scenes while still continuing to make sure that the adventure progressed on for all other members of the trip.

Bill got us a great room on board the ship! He was able to get our other family members a room close by. He suggested great excursions for us to go on. He also gave us tips about cruising, airfare, luggage, etc. We could contact him whenever we needed to ask a question. He was great to work with!

We had an amazing Alaskan cruise vacation. Even though I wasn't the primary person working with Bill, he made things smooth and we had a great time!
