Ms. Holmes planned this trip a year in advance providing us an opportunity to make payments that worked for every financial level. She worked to ensure we were well versed of not only the cruise line but the ports which we would visit. She researched and shared relevant information about every aspect of our trip from the flight- hotels- transportation- cruise regulations/expecations- ports (cost/city expectation/etc)/ money transfers and the do's and don't's so that we would be safe and have an enjoyable experience. She even took our experience a step further and held multiple zoom calls for our entire party for Q&A and updates up to the week of departure.
Ms. Holmes is very patient, very knowledgable and works tirelessly to ensure everything is take care of so that you can have a memorable, enjoyable vacation experience. I have traveled many times before but never had anyone as detailed and informative as Ms. Holmes.

Tinishya is AWESOME!! She made everything seemed less complicated and enjoyable. She spent time to explain everything to me and my family (giving the fact that this was our first family trip- and first time traveling with kids) she was very thorough and very helpful.
