She answered all my questions quickly (and never seemed to mind the early morning or late night text). Even though we haven't met, Barb works with you like she is a friend you've known for years.

When our 60 day dining reservation window opened Barb was there (@ 5:45 am!) to help us score almost every single high priority reservation. Barb made a great recommendation as an alternative to the one reservation we didn't get. She was there to answer last minute questions and help us navigate the ins and outs of Genie+. The kids loved the pre-trip goody bags she prepared and the grownups appreciated her texts to make sure everything went smoothly with check-in. After the trip, she was able to help track down the expensive electric toothbrush that was left behind at the hotel and gave us the link to the lost and found form. (The toothbrush was mailed back in less than a week!) It was a truly magical trip and we're already trying to figure out how we can go back!
