A Gorgeous Day in Front of the Hubbard Glacier

Alaska won my heart and my enthusiasm for its beauty excites me! I absolutely LOVE sharing the tips with clients on how to make the best of their time while visiting, which of course includes selecting the cruiseline that fits them best in offerings, port times, and ports they want to see. With Alaska, it's not just any cruise trip, we're on nature's timeline so that means picking the right time of the season and places to go in Alaska too!

While visiting Alaska, I have enjoyed visiting lodges, scouting out bald eagles on a gentle rafting trip (a husband and wife compromise), watching whales breach multiple times from the water, holding Husky puppies while listening to Iditarod champions tell their stories, and spotted moose, fox, bears, Dahl Sheep, and more in Denali National Park. We added on rail train through the Alaska country for 9.5 hours listening to narrated stories while drinking Peppermint Hot Chocolate with Baileys, learned about Native Alaskan culture. During the cruise portion, we listened to not only park rangers, but naturalists, drank margaritas made with ice from glaciers, watched Lumberjack shows, hiked, strolled Creek Street, sat on the Aft of the ship under a blanket on lounge chairs near the pool watching the glass Inside Passage waters and mountains behind us. We watched adorable otters on small glaciers float by, sea lions on the shore and watched the beauty of Glacier National Park from our balcony while a park ranger narrated what we saw and we drank our favorite cocktails.

All of this was done while taking ample notes on what to do, lessons learned, and so many favorites must see's to share with my clients! When clients contact me about their dream to visit Alaska, I simply become so happy to help them because I know they are about to experience a trip of a lifetime.
