Cheryl Lobo got us on our request for a no-stop flight to Hawaii; we were very pleased; she was quite helpful and answered our questions. And, thank you, "Pride of America" for the wonderful buffets - all the food on the cruise was handily prepared ad delicious. We'd travel again on NCL.

We had a fabulous trip this summer to Ireland, England and Scotland and it was all prearranged and paid for through our travel agent, Cheryl Lobo. She helped connect the dots as we had to set up a variety of travel transfers and she could use the technology in her office, far more efficiently than we could! From air to train to coach, to theater venues, hotels and individual excursions, we left it all up to her. She quickly answered our questions and made us feel as if we had designed it all!
