Kathryn was great to work. Early in the process she asked me a lot of questions to ensure she advised me on a vacation that was right for us. Kathryn provided me options and recommendations to choose from. I asked a lot of questions and Kathryn was very responsive and spent the necessary time with to ensure I had all the answers I needed. Prior to the trip Kathryn provided me with all my travel documents and walked me through the process I would encounter. She booked us a great hotel and excursion. WOW! Kathryn did the greatest job of planning a trip to Italy for 6 adults for over 2 weeks. We were able to see everything on our list and the guides, transfers, reservations and tours ALL went smoothly. Her knowledge of the areas we visited helped us to make the most of our time. When the weather did not cooperate, she came to the rescue by cancelling one of our boat tours and getting the money refunded to us! I have great confidence in her choices, advice and expertise.

Where to begin... we dreamed of this "Mother/Daughter trip for decades...we finally decided to take the trip and reached out to Kathryn with our thoughts and hopes about this perfect trip. Every single detail...all of our dreams came true because she listened and she understood and she delivered! Our trip was the most amazing 10 days ever!

Kathryn was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and organized. We had lots of questions and she answered them all. The tours she setup for us were great!! All of our guides were fun and gave us a great tour in each port. Also, loved the organized travel documents she sent us! The document package made travel easy and once abroad we knew each day what to expect, where to be and when. Will definitely use Kathryn again for our travel needs!

I used Kathryn to book a mother daughter trip to Greece - knowing very little of what exactly we wanted. We knew we wanted to island hop a bit and get "off the beaten path" slightly and had to see Athens and Santorini. But Kathryn was able to take our budget and length of trip and recommended a third stop in Naxos. The length of days in each place was perfect. She also coordinated all the tours, transportation, hotels, flights, etc. When booking hotels, she was able to find us options that worked for us and were in perfect locations. When flights changed, she emailed us with a new option and all we had to say was "sounds good - thanks!" When we figured out what tours we wanted, she set those up and included transportation. And if you like "hard copies" of all the confirmations - you get a packet sent out a few days before the trip with everything organized and ready to go.

Kathryn is the best!! We sent her a list of the things we wanted to do and she created a perfect itinerary, booked our excursions, hotel stay and flights. She gave us everything we would need ahead of time so our trip went smoothly! During our trip one of our excursions to see the northern lights got cancelled because of rain and Kathryn quickly got us a refund and rebooked for another night. Kathryn planned a phenomenal honeymoon for us to the Alps. We visited Chamonix in France and Lauterbrunnen in Switzerland at her recommendation, and we could not have asked for a more PERFECT trip! We had never been to Europe, and all we knew was that we wanted to enjoy a winter wonderland, take a scenic train ride, and ski a bit. It was literally the trip of our dreams. Taking a winding train through a magical, mountainous landscape as it snowed around us was spectacular, and Kathryn arranged it for a rate that was $100+ cheaper than the tourist sites selling similar rides. It was sooo much easier to book all of our travel through her- honestly, it took a lot of weight off of us not to have to plan all the transportation and to have everything clearly laid out in front of us. It meant that planning the trip wasn't stressful, and neither was getting around, so we could truly relax and enjoy. Planning a family vacation on your own is overwhelming. I found Kathryn online and chose her because of her expertise in Italy, where we were planning a 10-day trip. Not only did she boost our excitement over what we would see, she shared her personal favorites (restaurants, gelato shops) in the city she’s familiar with. She booked all our tours, which were fantastic. On one tour, we couldn’t identify the meeting location and Kathryn helped us with the tour company to find the group. Our hotels were beautiful, affordable, and each unique and friendly. Sadly, at the last minute, our daughter wasn’t able to go with us and Kathryn was very instrumental in our receiving nearly all reimbursements from tours and travel expenses. I highly recommend her services to anyone thinking about traveling abroad. Especially to Italy.

Kathryn worked with me to plan an Alaskan Cruise for our group of 8. My husband and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary on this trip. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in our planning and scheduling the trip. She checked in with us often before and after the trip.
