Jenn was great! She was always organized, timely, and willing to answer any questions along the way.

Jenn was super helpful and always responded quickly to the many questions I had! She helped with ideas of places to eat around the resort. We stayed at Aulani and she helped us find a great room within our budget and allowed us to have the best trip ever!
