The guides we had were superb!! Their knowledge of the history and what we were seeing was wonderful... My wife had three days in Delhi with the same guide and she was excellent. This made the Delhi part of the trip special to be able to really get to know her. We really enjoyed our interaction with all the Greaves staffing
We were met at each hotel and their agent assisted in the check in/check out details. The hotels they selected were not only lovely hotels but they all had a historical association that was unique
When we had a problem, very small by most standards, they stayed on the scene and took care of us. we were very very impressed with their service and follow through and would very highly recommend them for a visit to India

Working with Carol Horner at Travel Leaders was an absolute pleasure. From the first meeting she was always very personable, informative, and knowledgeable. She gave us excellent advice and suggestions, since we were first time river cruise travelers, concerning destinations, best time of year to travel, choice of staterooms and more. Closer to departure she provided us with detailed documentation that covered all aspects of the trip so we would know what to expect regarding flights, transfers, accommodations, excursions, etc. In addition, she tracked our travels in order to provide assistance should we have difficulties along the way. Our entire experience from the planning stages with Carol's help to the trip itself was fantastic. The Viking Rhine Getaway River Cruise was the perfect choice for us. The ship and all its crew were wonderful, accommodating any request. We enjoyed visiting all the cities on the river and the guides were terrific. It was a fantastic experience!

We have been working with Carol for 10 years now and continue to have stellar service year after year. As her client I feel like I don't have to worry about anything because she takes care of everything. Carol is the greatest...not only did she plan a great trip for us in Ireland, but she put up with all of my questions lol. She even went the extra mile to make a dinner reservation for us at a castle and notify a B&B that we would appreciate an early check in if possible. Carol and the Travel Leaders team was extremely detailed and took every step to ensure we had the best trip of our lives. From the initial planning stage until the moment we were back home from our trip, Carol was just a call or text away. She was genuinely excited for us and our adventure and had great tips for myself as this was the first time I was traveling outside of the country. I was most impressed with her organization and quick response with any question we had (even investigating the name of the small taco hut near the beach in Tamarindo). The two resorts treated us spectacularly and everyone we met was extremely accommodating. Having excursions nearly every day could have been a scheduling nightmare, but everything went off without a hitch! I would not change a thing about our trip and can say with certainty we absolutely could not have done it without Carol.

Carol always responds quickly to our questions and inquiries about trips. She provides a lot of information on destinations and spends time going over the itinerary before we leave. Carol always "has our back" if any issue arises when we are traveling; she finds a solution right away. She knows almost immediately if there is a connection issue when flying (sometimes before we do), and she works to find another flight to get us to our destination as soon as possible. Over the years, Carol has arranged dozens of trips for us and our family, and we have never been disappointed. She is like our American Express card - we would not leave home without her.

I travel with 8-10 people for cruises and land tours. Carol is always pleasant and very professional whenever I need questions answered despite her very busy schedule. She always put in extra effort whenever I need help. She follows our trips if there are any delays or cancellations from the very start to the end. She was exceptional in dealing with the Insurance company when we had to cancel our trip to Brussels and the Netherlands to make it easier for us all to be reimbursed. She also made it so easy for us all when we had a 24 hour delay in New Orleans for hotel stay and meals.

Carol is so fun and easy to work with! This was our 2nd time working with her on extended (3 weeks) trips to Europe, each including Viking river cruises. All details were taken care of and she made sure we had every piece of documentation we needed before leaving. I had 1 "hiccup" when we missed a connecting flight in Europe. Carol was on top of it as soon as I texted her the situation. She was even up working on rescheduling a tour we had missed at 6:30 AM the next morning! Couldn't ask for a more competent travel agent!

I have used Carol for almost 10 yrs! She keeps me on file and knows the type of vacation's we (friends/fam) like to enjoy!(Budget/ quality /entertainment/atmosphere/resort type) I have never been disappointed going to places I have never been before. I have been on several cruises (3 or more) using her services, and 4 times at a reasort! We loved one resort so much we got some family members to return to get married there and we went again. We have recently returned from Costa Rica-RIU Palace... Again we are planning to return but stay 7 or 8 days next year. Carol is always on point! She will be our travel agent until she is no longer in service.
Oh-and the personal services you receive are the best ever. About 2 weeks before your trip you will receive a packet and a little binder with tips on your travel, about your destination, airport layouts-and private airport teansfers etc. And you get a personal note upon your return and she appreciates feedback-(-or+)
