Brandi is very knowageable and helpfull in preperation of our latest curise. She also made preperations for a travel insurance claim when I broke my foot. Luckly I was able to make the trip without canceling . We had a great time with no issues with hotel stay, transfers to and from the curise terminal in Bayonne NJ and Royal Caribbean Anthem of the Seas curise. Thanks Brandi for all your help!

I have never been more Happier to have a Brandi as my Travel agent during this pandemic. We were supposed to go to Barbardos but due to travel restrictions we had to make alternate arrangements and go to Sandals Antigua. Just switching all the travel arrangements was well worth it. Sandals was at about 40 Percent Capacity while we were there. The only Down Fall was they have like 6 restaurants that required reservations and only half were open each night Due to Covid. They don't make the restaurant schedule for the week until Sunday morning each week and unless you had a butler that could make your reservation for you couldn't get a time until 830 to 9 PM or at all. I overheard alot of complaints about that but we were lucky and just one night couldn't reservations and just ate ate in the room. So if you plan on arriving in the middle of the week I would try to call them on Sunday and get a Few Dinners planned. But It was a great time and enjoyed not being over crowded.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Brandi for the planning of our trip. I get super overwhelmed and stressed even thinking about going anywhere and she made the process super easy when it came to decision making based off what we told her we were looking for. We had all of the documents we needed a week before our trip and laid out instructions for COVID related testing that needed to be done prior to traveling back to the US. Brandi had great insights on when I first set off planning this dream trip to French Polynesia about the "feel" of several different islands and how they were impacted by the ocean versus a protected lagoon. In addition, it was helpful to see several different quotes from different resorts on different islands to make the best decision that aligned with what we wanted to spend. She was helpful in booking the trip, and when things that came up on short notice (related to COVID entry requirements and passport rules), she was able to nimbly assist in helping find a resolution. The destination itself -- Moorea -- was incredible. Great weather, great island vibes, a tropical paradise. One day, we hope to return and I would not hesitate to use Brandi for future planning needs.

The flights were good to Honolulu, Auckland, Cairns, and return trips. The hotels we used were great and convenient to sight seeing locations. Connections with Viking Ocean Cruises worked wonderfully. It was wonderful having rearranged picks ups at airports and hotels.

Resort was 10/10! The entire facility was clean, ascetically pleasing, beautiful beach, and the staff/service was10/10. Food was great, rooms were great. This was our first time traveling outside of the US, which was overwhelming to figure out all of the moving pieces! Brandi provided a great recommendation (RIU palace las americas), and provided step by step instructions on what to expect for our first international trip! Brandi was very detailed, down to providing a handy step-by-step pdf to follow once we got to Cancun airport. Brandi also provided extra information on how to make the trip easier, such as the mobile app for passports/ navigating customs and the link to pay the visit tax ahead of time. We did not follow these extra instructions, and I wish we had! So my recommendation for any reading this review is to definitely take these extra steps ?? We had a great time, and Brandi helped facilitate this and made everything as smooth and stress free as possible. She was available to answer last minute questions (I was scared of some prices and she helped me realize that the prices were in pesos and not USD ??) and Brandi was especially helpful when we had to reschedule our trip from last year. I definitely hope to work with Brandi again in the future!

This was our family's sixth or seventh trip to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area in eastern Tennessee, but our first booked through Brandi and our first stay at the Dreammore Resort. This was by far our best experience in that region. The amenities at the resort were exceptional, from the service to the dining to the decor and atmosphere. Everything was exceptional in all the best ways. Brandi took such care and time to make sure we found just what we were looking for, and even outdid our expectations. We won't travel to this region again without her help and without staying at the Dreammore in the future!
