When my Cunard itinerary went awry at the outset of the pandemic, Lesley worked tirelessly and effectively with Cunard to re-route me home at the end of my unexpected sailing to Australia. I was originally on the Dubai to Hong Kong leg of a Cunard World Cruise with stops at multiple Asian ports but Cunard early on during the sailing wisely decided to avoid all those ports and re-route us south across the Indian Ocean for 13 straight days to Australia from where I flew back to the U.S. Additionally, I watched as Lesley seamlessly stepped in to assume the responsibilities of a Virtuoso host when the actual host was unexpectedly called away due to a personal situation. I saw that she was universally liked and respected by the entire travel group.
