I have many great memories of Disney World as a child, but taking my own children 25+ years later, I knew a lot had changed. I had never stayed on property, I had never use the app, and I had just recently heard about lightning lanes. I did not want to miss out on anything that would be helpful for maximizing our time and fun during our trip. This is when I realized I needed help. After learning that Katie was a travel agent and could help with our Disney trip, I reached out to her. She answered all of the questions I had and couldn’t find the answers to on the website. Reading blogs, and watching YouTube videos are time consuming and you never know if you can trust them fully. Katie was timely with her responses to my questions and also helped us find the right accommodations for our needs. She never pushed for us to add anything on to our package, just gave information. I never felt pressured only informed. I would definitely recommend her for any future travel plans. I also will use her again for our future vacations as she is knowledgeable on other destinations besides Disney.

I waited 40 years to go back to Europe and thanks to Katie it was an unforgettable experience! Her attention to detail and her responsiveness made all the difference! She listened to what we wanted to accomplish and offered options and suggestions that were right on target. She is aweome!

She definitely removed the anxiety I could have felt in the preparation of this adventure.

Our vacation with MSC Seashore Yacht Club was one of the most relaxing and beautiful experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to outstanding service, breathtaking views, and delicious food at every turn. Katie had everything perfectly booked, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment. The Yacht Club truly elevates cruising to a whole new level of comfort and elegance. We will definitely be booking another MSC Yacht Club experience again!

Katie is so wonderful at her job, from setting down with us during planning then to make that dream come true was above what one could expect! Even when a hiccup happened because we let our guard down, she was right by our side helping us navigate next steps. I won't plan another trip without her! In fact she's already helping us plan a fall trip!

This brand new ship is stunning. My husband and I have now been on 5 MSC cruises and it's as awesome as MSC Seascape ( personal favorite ) in many ways. New restaurants on floor 5 is a pizza/ burger one that's casual and had ice cream too. Katie went beyond on her expertise sending emails often checking on us for questions, reminding us to make sure things were done leading up to the cruise. She's great at communicating, knowledgeable on cruising, friendly, and caring ~ we have used her twice and she's now * our travel advisor* for all of our vacations.

She was plenty of help and great insight. Always available.

Katie is a wonderful travel agent. I have used her several times in the past and recently used her to book our honeymoon in Saint Lucia. I usually give Katie a description of what I am looking for in a vacation and she always seems to find the perfect spot. She suggested we use the Butler Elite package at our sandals resort for the ultimate relaxing honeymoon and she was right. It definitely made the trip more enjoyable and relaxing. She will send reminder emails making sure paperwork before the trip is filled out to make traveling a breeze. It was a nice gesture to receive a text from her at 3am the morning of our flight making sure we had made it to the airport. Would highly recommend using Katie to book your next trip!

We had a great time at couples tower isle resort. Katie made it very easy to understand all the opportunities our resort offered and provided much needed guidance on the traveling experience all together. We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves nearly as much without her.

Also, when the cruise ship was delaying our departure she made sure I knew even though she was out of the country at the time. My family wants to do that for vacation again.

I have been wanting to do a surprise trip for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I reached out to Katie and she took care of everything!!!! I had zero worries because she communicated everything with me and made me feel very comfortable! I am a high anxiety person and I didn’t have to stress because she was always there when I had any questions! Super thankful!
