Our first morning, I discovered that our Lightning Lane Passes weren’t working correctly, which was my fault bc I accidentally used my other login when I had connected them. She responded immediately fixed the problem, which eased my mind and allowed us to enjoy the rides in the meantime. We had the pleasure of working with Sarah for a Disney World trip, where my husband and I were taking our 5 grandchildren. Disney is constantly changing how things are done, and it's challenging to navigate on your own. Sarah looked after every detail. We had 2 of the BEST rooms possible in the Grand Floridian - looking right out to the beautiful view of the castle. She was also able to get us every reservation we wanted at the times we wanted, which for a party of 7 is not easy! She completely took all the hassles off me and did everything. I have since recommended her and everyone has thanked me numerous times and told me how amazing she is. If I had to sum up the job Sarah does - it would be this - she goes above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about her.

Our daughter graduated 2 years early and instead of a big party we decided to spoil her with a Disney vacation! Sarah was there from the start and was fantastic the entire time we were planning.
