I have booked a few vacations with Michele and I knew after the first trip that she would be my go to travel agent for all of my future vacations. Michele is super thorough and asked many questions to assure you have the best experience during your travel and stay.. She doesn't miss a step. She makes the checklist for you because there are things we forget or don't even think of while traveling... especially since covid. Booking a trip can be stressful but not with her as your agent. She is always available to answer any questions you may have. Her response time is super quick. First Walt Disney World trip success!

Michele was so patient planning my families first Disney trip! I had a ton of questions and Michele explained everything in great detail (even how to walk from our room to transportation). I felt confident Michele knew what she was talking about! She was in constant communication with me sending updates about what was doing on at Walt Disney World. Michele also went out of her way to send a special little note to my Ariel obsessed daughter. Even when we arrived Michele didn’t stop with helping or checking in on us it was like she was there with us. I cannot say enough great things about Michele. She truly made our first Walt Disney World trip an amazing success!

Michele is truly one of a kind. She planned everything and I didn’t have to think twice about what the next adventure would be. Food, entertainment, upscale resort and park reservations were all handled. Michele lifted all the stress that it talked to go to Disney and I thank her for that. Michele was amazing. Patient, effective, organized. She made the whole process easy and we had the absolute best time. I don’t know how she did it, but Michele recommended fun events for the whole family and was able to secure all the rides, restaurants and events we wanted. It was completely painless and Michele is so easy to work with. The whole family had the absolutely best time in Disney and Universal thanks to Michele. It was the trip of a lifetime!!
