Michele was so patient planning my families first Disney trip! I had a ton of questions and Michele explained everything in great detail (even how to walk from our room to transportation). I felt confident Michele knew what she was talking about! She was in constant communication with me sending updates about what was doing on at Walt Disney World. Michele also went out of her way to send a special little note to my Ariel obsessed daughter. Even when we arrived Michele didn’t stop with helping or checking in on us it was like she was there with us. I cannot say enough great things about Michele.
