She handled every aspect of our trip – flights, hotels, dinners, and activities – with total professionalism and care. Our time in Madrid was amazing. Jess assisted in planning a weekend retreat in a cabin outside Chattanooga, and it couldn’t have been more wonderful. This was just the three of us, me, my wife, and our toddler and she just knew what we were looking for. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and nestled in amongst trees, and we had a porch we could have coffee on in the mornings and watch our little one run around. Jess identified local spots that were excellent for families, such as a short hiking trail and a petting zoo with animals. We even got a break and could rest while our kid snoozed. None of that planning ever fell to me, Jess handled it all and got every detail spot-on. We arrived back at home feeling renewed.

Jess booked me on the Scarlet Lady out of Miami, and honestly, if she hadn't given me a little nudge, I probably wouldn't have gone. Cruises aren't usually my thing, but she put the whole trip together in a way that actually worked for me. She picked the right room, gave me a short list of activities to book ahead so I wouldn't miss out, and even suggested this Korean BBQ place on the ship where you grill right at the table. I never would've tried that on my own, but it ended up being one of the highlights. The whole trip went smooth because Jess really knows her stuff.

I cannot recommend Jess enough for anyone planning a trip to San Francisco. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely excited to help us plan a trip that matched our style perfectly.
