All inclusive resorts are amazing!

She kept us all lined up and I had no stress about the planning process. Our trip turned out wonderful!! Only suggestion would be to never book clients on frontier airlines. They end up being just as expensive when you add baggage fees, paying a fee to pick your seat, fee for carry on luggage. There seats are hard and don’t recline.

Wonderful Trip

Rachel was great to work with. She always emailed back, quickly and answered all my questions. I even emailed her while on my trip and she got right back to me!
We stayed at Secrets in Cozumel (not an option on the form list).
The resort/service was decent, not sure if COVID was the reason why.
Preferred was not worth it unless you want an ocean view from your balcony and if that is the case do Preferred superior.

Rachel was a joy with which to work. She was very attentive to our family needs and we really appreciated how she lead us through the process and quickly addressed any questions. As we put together a family trip to the Caribbean for 15 people with children as young as 5, Rachel worked with us on potential locations where travel was as simple as possible and activities for all were available. Great winter get away!
